En nuestra estancia pensión completa durante una semana no recomiendo el hotel por lo siguiente: - en todo el hotel había un olor cloacal y fétido nsoportable. - la habitación con vistas al jardín no podíamos abrir la ventana del olor que había - nos quedamos un día 2 horas sin agua en todo el hotel -la piscina que tiene el tobogán grande solo estuvo abriendo abierta 4 días en una semana por mantenimiento. - la falta de bebidas en varias ocasiones a las horas del desayuno,comidas y cenas. Había que desayunar coca cola porque no había agua. Muchas falta de todas las bebidas. - Poca animación en el hotel. - Otro día se cortó la luz y no había ascensor. - la ducha de la piscina los 4 últimos días no funcionaba y hacia un calor insoportable La estancia podía haber sido mejor.

Pobyt v tomto hotelu se nám moc nelíbil. Když už jsme se po 3 hodinách jízdy autobusem z letiště dostali na pokoj, byli jsme zděšeni. Přistýlka byla dvoupatrová železná postel jako na vojně, rozbitá. Dveře do koupelny nešly zavřít, plíseň v koupelně a vedle balkonu odvětrávání z kuchyně, velice hlučné. Druhý den jsme naštěstí dostali jiný pokoj, postele už byly dobré, ovšem větrat se v žádném případě nedalo. Všude zapáchala kanalizace, naprostá katastrofa. Zápach byl všude kolem hotelu, jídelny, bazénu s tobogánem. Jídlo bylo průměrné, já jsem si zvykla, ale manželovi chybělo pořádné maso a na svačiny byly pouze sendviče, pořád dokola. Dětský bazének špinavý a z dřevěných prken kolem bazénu vylézali hřebíky. Za nás velice neudržovaný hotel. A všude veliký zápach z kanalizace. We did not like our stay in this hotel very much. When we got to our room after a 3 hour bus ride from the airport, we were horrified. The extra bed was a two-story iron bed like in the army, broken. The door to the bathroom could not be closed, mold in the bathroom and next to the balcony the ventilation from the kitchen, very noisy. Fortunately, we were given another room the next day, the beds were already good, but there was no way to ventilate. Sewage smelled everywhere, a total disaster. The smell was everywhere around the hotel, the dining room, the pool with the water slide. The food was mediocre, I got used to it, but my husband lacked proper meat and for snacks there were only sandwiches, all the time. The children's pool was dirty and there were nails sticking out of the wooden planks around the pool. A very unmaintained hotel for us. And everywhere there is a great smell from the sewage system.
