A thoroughly delightful stay, with very kind and sociable innkeepers and very nice facilities. Wonderful muffins and fruit assor**ents, but wasn't crazy about the baked eggs and ground meat. It would be great to have a bannister on the entry porch staircase, especially for carrying luggage. We highly recommend this b&b.

The inn was great. We stayed in the Sebago Suite. It was perfect, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The breakfasts were so amazing, made with fresh ingredients and will Julianna will adjust for any dietary restrictions. She is a wonderful cook. Juliana is the best, she puts her hart into all she does for the inn. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a lovely and cozy inn, nestled on a quiet street but still within walking distance of downtown Kennebunkport. Breakfast each morning was delicious (thank you Lars!). The Innkeeper, Julianna, was always accommodating to our needs. She is definitely a people person who loves what she does. We had a wonderful stay and return every year. This inn is highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights, and the room and breakfast were amazing. We felt like we were the only ones staying in the inn. Was located just outside of town,close to sights and restaurants. When we travel back to Maine, we will definitely stay at the inn . Was very relaxing.

For our belated honeymoon, we decided to go to Maine. We stayed at 1802 House - what a lovely home. Our room was the Camden Room, a private room, on the first floor, was tastefully, decorated and comfortable for us. the area is peaceful with beautiful gardens and set alongside a golf course. We enjoyed walking around the property to look at lovely field flowers and enjoyed the early morning bird sounds. Juliana is an excellent innkeeper and provides a hot breakfast, meals that sustained us through lunch. She is also was very accommodating to our needs- we arrived Saturday afternoon and commented that on Sunday morning we had an early tour scheduled within Portland historical area. She ensure that our breakfast was served 15 minutes earlier than scheduled so we could have a hot meal before we started our day. Breakfast is a delicious experience - 3 courses of homemade delights. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to 1802 House.

Very comfortable and quiet - and spotlessly clean - B&B. Julianna is an extremely kind host and she makes all her guests feel welcome and appreciated. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Easy walk to town, which we greatly appreciated as Kennebunkport can get crowded!

Wonderful, historic home. Clean and inviting. Breakfasts were amazing and Julianna is a treat to talk to. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a main entry sitting area to read or the dining area to sit and play a game of cards after dinner. Overall a great time and a great experience.

We stayed in the large suite upstairs. roomy, private balcony, comfortable room. Reasonable prices. The innkeeper is an awesome lady, friendly goes out of her way to accommodate you. I'm type 2, and they modified my breakfast every day! I didn't ask for it, in fact told them I was fine, I'd eat whatever they put in front of me, but they insisted. It's a bit of a hike into town, walkable, but cars and bikes are better options. Half way through our stay we found an Uber-like company, that helped a lot. Will stay here again.

No one there to greet us. Door locked and phone number posted when we arrived. Not what you would call welcoming. Garden was a mess. Front porch was dingy, and the outdoor furniture looked like it hadn’t been used for months. In fairness, we didn’t go inside. But the disrepair outside was enough to dissuade us from venturing further. It’s about a mile from town. Wouldn’t call it an easy walk. When we called later to air our concerns, got many explanations and excuses. We ended up finding other accommodations. No refund offered. Definitely not what is represented online.
