Reception faced a crisis when their servers broke down. The staff remained helpful and friendly throughout, despite being overwhelmed with large numbers of visitors. The hotel is well maintained and clean

I've never been at a better hotel my whole life. Trust me, the hotel is such a "Wow!" I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia! The location is superb, so close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

Staff Behaviour Review – The Good, the Bad and the Ugly The staff experience at this hotel was a mixture of genuinely positive moments and areas that require serious improvement. To begin with, the receptionist was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism set a good tone for the stay, and the manager’s gesture of offering us a free early check-in was both thoughtful and appreciated. However, beyond these initial interactions, the level of service became inconsistent. Some staff members seemed distracted, unapproachable, or unwilling to assist when needed. Basic requests took longer than expected, and there were moments where their attitude came across as uninterested or indifferent. In hospitality, a simple smile, prompt response, or willingness to help make all the difference, but unfortunately, these were lacking in several encounters. The room attendants should really reduce their noise level. I experienced sleep disturbances multiple times in the morning, and as a late riser, it affected my rest. A quieter approach during cleaning hours would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, while a few team members demonstrated excellent customer service, the inconsistency among the staff created an experience that could have been much better. With proper training and improved attentiveness, the hotel has the potential to offer a far more professional and welcoming environment.

Everything was good except the fact that there was no WiFi connection and I couldn’t get any work done

There were some insects (gnats) running around the room. The hotel is located near the airport, which is very convenient.

It's a very fancy hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's super clean. The room is spacious and has an air-conditioner. It's got food and drink available even late in the night via room service.

5 minutes drive from airport. Convenient for transit. Room is average. The ac is very loud, lucky we do not need AC during the night. Staff knows what they are doing but do not make guests feel welcomed.

Very conveniently located with shuttle. HUGE HUGE room. Restaurant is so-so. But it's all good for an airport hotel. Staffs were kind and attentive.
