I like How the interior of my room that I book for my parents

The hotel is currently under renovations - so that is hopeful. However, I don’t think they should attempt to remain open in the interim. The place was dirty, smelly, loud, and chaotic. There was black mold all around our tub, and mysterious stains on the tile floor and door. The bedding was clean at least. They should be offering heavy discounts for travellers staying there right now. We pairs nearly $300 for the night and it was not worth more than half that.

Everything is great. I will just recommend you if you can improve the breakfast.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.

I found blood or other stains underneath the pillow sheet, and their pools are out of service but no notice on anywhere we booked. Someone was talking on phone very early in the morning just by my door.

房間新裝修都點味道，停車場很大，游泳池很不錯，帶娃很舒服，對面就是本市最大的商場，購物非常方便，可以步行過去

房間非常之舊 門板鬆動 肉眼可見的陳舊和不衞生。衹是標榜加拿大人運營但標準上不去有什麼用？還收了250加幣按金！！兩週沒退還！大家避雷這個品牌

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.

地理位置很好，周圍吃飯的地方很多，離湖邊也很近，就是酒店比較老舊用的窗機，開空調的話噪音很大
