За сутки до вылета сотрудник отеля по телефону отказала в заселении. Причина была в заболевании сотрудников. Хаотично начали искать другой отель. Вся проблем в том, что мы отдыхали большой компанией и нам нужны были три номера, два из которых трехместные. Нашли отель в два раза дороже. неприятный осадок. Сотрудница отеля пыталась помочь в выборе нового отеля. деньги сняты, ещё ровно такая же сумма еще раз снята с карты Букингом. Одна сумма вернулась, следующую жду в течении 7-12 рабочих дней. Получается нам улетать без отеля, без денег(.

За четыре месяца до назначенной поездки забронировала номер в этом отеле. За двое суток до заселения (за 6 часов до самолета) мне звонят из этого отела и говорят, что не могут меня заселить под предлогом отсутствия воды. Так как в преддверии Дня России все отели и гостиницы заняты я, естественно, ничего не смогла более забронировать и согласна была на такой вариант.Но отель просто снял бронь самостоятельно. Как выяснилось воду в этом отеле никто не отключал. Вот такое отношение к клиентам. Выбирайте другие варианты размещения
