酒店的衞生非常差，設備簡陋，窗户的隔音不好，窗簾不完整，早上4點鐘就天亮了，到賬無法睡覺，非常鬱悶的住宿環境。

環境位置服務等都還算滿意。定了三晚，因為緊急原因需返回莫斯科，衹住了兩晚。酒店説過兩日就把另一晚的費用退回。

My wife and i stayed at the Crystal Hotel for two nights. Our room was quite big. Bed was very comfortable. Shower worked a treat. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had breakfast and an evening meal. The food was very tasty and as good as any restaurant near by. All staff were friendly and reception spoke good english. We would stay here again. Very nice hotel.

Рецепция отвратительная, никому ничего не нужно, сидят в телефоне. Охраны нет. Приехавшая группа, из-за приезда в 7 утра, устроила пьянку на завтраке - им никто даже замечания не сделал. В ресторане в 7 утра кроме повара нет никого.

Из плюсов : расположение(напротив жд вокзал,откуда отходит экспресс в аэропорт и обратно; 15 мин ул.Баумана,20-30 мин Кремль. Все необходимое в номере(кружка,стулья,шампуни/мыла,бумага) Подушка!отличная упругая подушка. Из минусов : в день уборки просто сложили полотенца с Пола на змеевик!,переставили вещи местами на полу и столе ,а пол так и остался грязным! Хорошо,что я не брала завтраки ,потому что на ужин подали цезарь с кучей майонеза. Довольно дорого для этого варианта,хотя и плюсов больше.

Всё прекрасно - чистый номер, в котором есть всё что нужно для проживания, завтрак - шведский стол, бери что хочешь, НО! Постелите, пожалуйста, коврики в ванных! Когда вылезала из душевой кабины, подскользнулась и полетела всем прикладом на пол, теперь чернющий синяк на пол ноги( хорошо что не ударилась головой о раковину или унитаз. Сливного трапика в полу недостаточно, плитка скользкая, прошу Вас предусмотреть этот момент, было реально больно(
