"Very beautiful property, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved the bathroom — very large and well-equipped with all modern facilities. The breakfast at The Three Peaks was delicious, with most of our orders freshly prepared and served at the table. The service by the team was excellent and very attentive. We also enjoyed playing badminton in the outdoor park and spending time around the swimming pool. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Truly one of the best resorts in Katra — highly recommended!"

The hotel offers a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, and a decent breakfast and Lunch. The staff were courteous and attentive, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes. Jai maa inn Hotels provides good value for money with its comfortable rooms and friendly service. While there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in terms of modernizing facilities, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in a central location."

"Bad Bedding: The bedsheets were in poor condition with many holes, and the pillows had a bad smell. Dirty Room: The room was not cleaned properly. We found several red bindis stuck on the side of the mirror and the switchboards. Unusable Glasses: The drinking glasses kept on the tray were covered in white paint spots. Damaged Walls and Floor: The wall paint was peeling off due to water seepage, and there were chipped tiles in the room. Washroom Issues: The washroom had a constant bad smell, even after running the exhaust fan for a long time. Also, the light above the mirror was broken, and the tap dripped continuously. Traffic and Road Access: The road right in front of the hotel is too narrow. Only one car can pass at a time, which causes daily traffic jams right outside the gate. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its basic cleaning and maintenance. I do not recommend staying here."
