Me encanta la seguridad que siento en este hotel después de que me cancelaran en otro hotel local sin darme ninguna solución. Reservé este hotel inmediatamente y me confirmaron la reserva al instante. Quince minutos después llegué y todo estaba listo para el check-in. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía una bonita vista de la ciudad.

¿Por qué darían sólo una toalla para la habitación de 2 camas? Y después de solicitar el extra con uno de los gerentes, 15 minutos después todavía no hay toalla. Solicitado por segunda vez, todavía no hay toalla. Hasta la tercera vez que levanté la voz y apareció la toalla. ¡Qué mala experiencia!

The hotel location is excellent, fantastic breakfast,staff cooperation everywhere was excellent. This hotel is not a four star hotel according to the Nepal hospitality...it clearly shows it's a three star hotel and all the facilities are related to three star or below. The rooms are small,if staying with a couple or with a girlfriend is fine but if it's staying with two individuals it is very difficult moving and keeping the baggage, and other things. The windows are fixed and can't open. I will say again that the staff were fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

Perfect for NYE celebration, the music concert is right outside. Next to the heart of thermal with lots of restaurants  The room is decent size, but some stains on beddings. The room is clean and quiet. Restaurant staff is excellent and super attentive. However front desk staff doesn’t know anything about where to go. When asked where to see sunset or if certain tourist spot is open or take credit cards or cash, they don’t know anything and was not helpful.

The room is very small but its neat and clean. Breakfast really good. Location is good too. Staff behaviour is best. Just the room size and I think they provided amenities for 1 person by mistakem

The location is nice and central, rooms are mid size and all amenities are there decent size bathroom but 2 ppl Can't use at same time the washbasin is in middle as u enter Didn't take breakfast but it has a nice terrace top sky lounge will totally recommend as Thames center is just 2-3 min walk its almost as joint to ALOFT

A great hotel that is located in the heart of Thamel. The staff are welcoming and kind and it's easy to get there from the airport. The rooms are on the smaller side but more than adequate and the bed is quite comfortable. A great choice at a great budget!

Pleasant stay with great location, but bathroom needs improvement We stayed here for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very good location, just a short walk to the Thamel area, so it was easy to explore without needing taxis. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet had complete selections, with some dishes rotating daily. However, we did encounter an issue with the bathroom floor. The tiles in the bathroom were the same as those in the bedroom area, and as a result, the floor became extremely slippery when wet. My wife even slipped once while taking a shower. It would be much safer if the hotel installed proper bathroom flooring. The toilet spray was also positioned awkwardly on the left side, and the toilet seat felt loose, which affected comfort. Our original king room wasn’t ready at the 2 PM check-in time, but the staff offered us the option to check in immediately with a twin room, which we accepted. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. When my wife requested help to switch the air-conditioner to heater mode, they sent someone right away and even provided an extra portable heater, which we really appreciated. We were granted a late check-out until 2 PM, and because our flight was late at night, we extended the stay until 6:30 PM for an additional USD 30+. This was convenient for us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great staff and location. The only major area that needs attention is the bathroom design and safety, which should be improved for better comfort.

Very decent stay and great value for money. Room was comfy and bathroom was clean and nice to use. Great location and easily walkable to heart of Thamel or is pretty much in the centre of it all. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall we had a great experience. Only issue, wish ac was cooler. Thank you for having washcloths.
