I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

El Wild Flow Hotel en Karpacz se encuentra a unos 2 km del centro de Karpacz, y se encuentra por el ruido y la turbulencia de la multitud de turistas en la temporada, todos ellos ideales. El hotel es de categoría 3 estrellas. En mi opinión, vale la pena, y quizás incluso 4 ****. El cuarto está muy bien equipado. En las habitaciones grandes, cómodas, amplias camas de matrimonio, sofá, sillas y otros muebles. El caldero y el refrigerador también están en la habitación. TV. Refrigerador, café y té set, cocina diaria completa y sin límite de agua mineral super. Llena sin cargo. Las damas de limpieza sirven y cumplan. El servicio de recepción es muy agradable. Los restaurantes son muy abundantes y muy variados, con café, té y jugos, frutas y torta. Puedes comer realmente por la resistencia y nadie debe quejarse. Toallas adicionales. Tres saunas de trabajo: seco finlandés, grande vapor y vapor. Además, todo estaba bien. En el bar del lugar se sirve cerveza fría y bebidas. WIFI en la habitación funciona sin cargo. Miejsce z potencjałem, jednak z licznymi niedociagnieciami psujacymi istotnie komfort pobytu. Po pierwsze dodatkowo platny niestrzeżony parking przy obiekcie. Powinien byc przy takiej lokalizacji osrodka wliczony w cenę pokoju. Brak informacji o platnym parkingu przy rezerwacji telefonicznej. W salonie do spania nierozkladana sofa z dostawka, ktora rozjeżdza się istotnie pogarszajac jakośc snu. Totalna porazka. Bardzo głośny piec, ktory wlacza sie w nocy, halasujac zaburzając sen. Kominek/koza w pokoju, tak reklamowany w ofercie, wymaga dodztkowo zakupienia drewna (!) - brak o tym jakiejkolwiek informacji przy rezerwacji. Aneks kuchenny bardzo slabo wyposazony- wbrew opisowi na stronie internetowej. Sprzatanie pokoju i wymiana ręcznikow dopiero po 4 dobie pobytu (!). Wanna w lazience mocno nadgryziona zębem czasu, wymaga zdecydowanie odnowienia albo wymiany. Do pokoju przynalezy balkon z widokiem wprost na bliskie okna budynkow naprzeciwko. Nieprawdą jest informacja ze strony internetowej, że z balkonu mozna podziwiać widoki, chyba że mowa o widokach na pokoj zabaw dla dzieci lub salon gości zameldowanych naprzeciw. Kompleks basenowo-saunowy z potencjalem, jednak oblegany przez olbrzymią liczbę dzieci, panuje straszny harmider i chaos. Dobrym rozwiazaniem godnym pochwaly jest natomiast basen tylko dla dorosłych od 20.30. W trakcie naszego pobytu basen byl jednak przejściowo zamkniety z powodu rzekomej awarii lub zanieczyszczenia- żadnej rekompensaty nie otrzymalismy. Warte polecenia są natomiast znakomite seansy saunowe z olejkami eterycznymi. Niektore panie z recepcji bardzo nieprzyjazne. Przyzwoita wloska restauracja. My wiecej nie wrócimy.

Como he dormido en este hotel muchas veces, he elegido este hotel para dormir. Habiendo todas las categorías de habitaciones en Internet en todas las páginas, pensé que no tenía que reservar habitaciones. Llegé a la noche de 6 a 7:30. El señor con los cabello oscuro fue muy desagradable y me envió de nuevo, y me dijo que no había habitaciones que dormir en el camping. Este grado de comportamiento y desinterés de un hotel Accor donde yo mismo he trabajado durante años no es aceptable. Si no quieres trabajar con la gente, deberías cambiar de trabajo. Estoy muy decepcionado de que se trate de los clientes de esta manera porque no se molesta en nada. Nunca más Mercure Jelenia Gora! ¡Qué bueno que hay otros hoteles que atraen a los huéspedes con beso y que aman su trabajo! Dama!

Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.
