Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

La ubicación es excelente, justo a 200 metros de la HBF, se puede abrir la ventana para ver la estación, el aislamiento de sonido también es bueno, pero la cama es un poco pequeña, el servicio de la recepción también es muy entusiasta ~

Además: + Valor por dinero como tal, pero en gran medida dependiendo de lo que se puede hacer. + Recepción - amable y eficiente. + Centro de la ciudad + Transporte público (con un trato - ver bajo menos) + Desayuno OK pero sólo + Bar servicio - café excelente + habitación muy bien equipada + Limpieza + Excelente pero caro garaje. ¡No funciona, pero le ofrecen un ventilador (bueno trabajo) en lugar! - Evitar las habitaciones en la esquina delantera si es posible. ¡Es imposible abrir una ventana sin correr el riesgo de daño auditivo!

Location - easy to find but lots of overflowing bins outside the annex which made the areas look less appealing. Staff - excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Room - we were in the annex. Obviously newer part of the hotel. Room comfortable, all the amenities for overnight stay. I cannot remember the room number but it started with 5. Enter building and the lift and look for the 5th floor, our room appeared to be in the 'basement', so after the shortest lift drop we arrive at our room, a mere 5 steps below ground level. We did have a view out but as the weather was threatening we didn't... Breakfast - super selection of fresh food. Decor of restaurant was a bit dated (same comment for hotel foyer). Clean. We took advantage of the parking - would've been slightly problematic with a 5m long Saab to access the garage, no problem for a Golf. Will go again, just hope the binmen have been.

Hay un estacionamiento por dinero y el hotel es muy bueno, pero los agentes de Ctrip son basura. Reservé por seis días, y luego me quedé dos días y me salió un sarpullido en todo el cuerpo. Primero fui a ver al médico. El médico sugirió cambiar de habitación. Cuando fui a la recepción, vi que la recepción solo cobraba por dos noches. Pero Ctrip dijo que el agente no estuvo de acuerdo con el reembolso del dinero más tarde. Todavía está en negociación. Como dijo: un buen alojamiento en general y probablemente volveremos a reservar, si vamos a visitar la Messe Karlsruhe, pero de lo contrario, sin duda buscaríamos otro hotel.

Situado entre Karlsruhe y Ettlingen, el hotel no es fácilmente accesible en transporte público y es adecuado para alquilar un coche. Junto a la autopista, hay un poco de ruido, pero el aislamiento acústico del hotel es bueno. Una amplia variedad de desayunos, dignos de elogio👍

El hotel dispone de un garaje de fondo privado que se cerrará por la noche, pero que se abrirá a los huéspedes con la tarjeta de clave. De lo contrario, el hotel también dispone de aparcamientos gratuitos. El hotel cuenta con 4 pisos y un ascensor desde el garaje de fondo. La entrada se realiza rápidamente y sin problemas. Hay una máquina de snack en el lobby del hotel con dulces y bebidas refrigeradas. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias, con aire acondicionado, WiFi y TV. El baño es pequeño, pero ofrece todo lo que necesitas. toallas, cuerpo, mano y champú, toallas cosméticas, así como un secador de pelo. Aquí sólo hay una falta: la deducción en el baño funciona muy mal, lo que ya es muy desagradable cuando se encuentran en el cuarto a partir de 2 personas. Nos hemos perdido un refrigerador, pero también aquí hay que tener en cuenta la relación precio-beneficio y hacer las apariciones en el lujo. El desayuno buffet está bien. Quiero darle una pista: ya que el hotel está en una calle muy conducida, se recomienda reservar un cuarto por detrás, no se puede conseguir nada del ruido de la calle. Lo reservaría en cualquier momento.

I absolutely hate to give negative marks to anyone, but I feel that it is my responsibility to warn business travellers in particular about what seems to be going on at this hotel and, I am afraid, might well be going on across across the Novotel chain. I also want to alert their senior management who appear to have been deaf to comments passed to them by staff on the ground. I have used this hotel for almost 20 years for my occasional stays in Karlsruhe. It is clearly the first choice for business travellers to Karlsruhe: perfectly centrally located, superb transport connections, with all modern conveniences, very good and varied breakfast buffet, very helpful and unusually friendly staff and up until now well appointed rooms, But upon check-in this time, actually on a private visit, the staff seemed reluctant to let me have a room on the 4th floor, the first one to be completed in their current renovation process. I nevertheless chose a room there, had one look at it, and decided that it was a travesty for what is supposed to be a hotel for business travellers: No desk, no chair other than two huge reclining rocking chairs, no sockets other than a few German 220V outlets dotted about the room, one at a time, no USB charger points. In other words: not a place where one can do any work. Is a business traveller desperate to put a last touch on that PowerPoint for next morning going to balance a laptop on her lap while rocking in an easy chair just out of reach of the socket for the chargers? And, just to discourage the leisure traveller as well, they ripped out the bath tub and replaced it with a shower tray the same full size of a bathtub, and replaced the cupboard for your clothes with open hanging space only. My wife, for one, would not put up with spending a leisurely weekend staring at her dresses and coats. We are not of student-dig age anymore! The real insult is that all of these ”amenities” (necessities if you ask me) were and are still present in the un-renovated rooms on the lower floors, I was on a private trip, but still wanted to do some stuff, so I asked to change rooms, which was not a problem.
