We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room.

Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.

If they provide the shuttle service to the 捷運 or outlet park will be highly recommend .Also excellent breakfast and view from the room

It was a nice stay. And as foodie person breakfast was good yet the’re only bit limited choices of food for foreign people. This may serve a constructive criticism for improvements. But overall the service was good.

checking in the morning not allowed even if they have rooms available.Need to wait till after 2 pm which is not a good 5 star hotel service.

Good location and seems to be very crowded on weekends. Lucky to be upgraded to a theme room as we’ve a toddler in tow. Room is big and with nice view of kaohsiung harbour.
