Hotel is new. Room is BIG and clean. Location is good, subway station is just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers since the hotel doesn’t provide. Breakfast is good.

First time visiting kaohsiung and decided to book this hotel upon seeing many good reviews. The location is very near to one of the train station. The staff were all friendly. Sandra was very nice to offer us two pieces of facial mask as we were stucked at the carpark while trying to exit. Very nice gesture. Just that need to take note that the check in time is at 4pm. However they will allow you to wait at there lounge at level 16 with free drinks and small snacks. Do remember to bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste as the hotel do not provide all this. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provide free minibar. Will consider this hotel if I am back to Kaohsiung again

Great location, it is easier accessible from metro to the Hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is great! And you can go to the restaurant to grab a coffee and snack at afternoon time.

I had an amazing stay here: very clean and I love the room layout. I arrived in the evening and thanks to the staff, who was accommodating to my special request. The large room can actually fit 3 people, too bad I only traveled alone. Aside from the large bed, the sofa can be converted to an extra bed. But the price I paid was worth it, even if I stayed alone. I'll definitely stay here again next time, with family/friends. 🥰

Everything was good, except the entrance of the hotel is on a rather quiet back street, which made us feel not so safe when walking back at night time.

The room of the hotel is really spacy. It could be used by more than 4 people and the amenities are good enough but the breakfast was not enough

It is a descent hotel from a local brand. Front desk is kind and helpful. Room very spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable as well. I like it a lot. Location is good. In the city center, and actually in a quiet back street. Easy access to nearby metro and walking distance to some attractions. Breakfast is just so so. Very few choices, and taste was okay-ish. Gym closes on 10pm which is a bit too early in my view. Overall a pleasant stay.

Check in is straightly follow the rules, there are no exceptions or concession given. If the ocuppancy rate is not tight, then it will make the guests more convenient and comfortable. The location is excellent, the 前金站 is within 2 to 3 minutes walk.

My 2nd time to stay with this hotel. It is as good as always. Clean, spacious and the staff is helpful. There are great breakfast choices around the hotel area so we haven’t booked for hotel breakfast.
