Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

Amazing and cosy colonial style small hotel. Very friendly, helpful, polite and service minded staff. Clean rooms and very nice garden and pool area. Also many small cosy relaxing areas. The half board food with selection of both local and international food to choose from was amazing - especially the coconut ice cream is highly recommended.

LLegamos a este fantastico hotel que habiamos reservado con Sisin Travel y nos recibió Adithya Senarathne .- Su atención y bienvenida fué excelente ya que pudimos realizar el checkin rapidamente , un refresco de bienvenida y nos acompañaron a nuestra habitación .- Habitación amplia , impecable y con unas bonitas vistas al rio .- La atención en el restaurante fúe la mejor . El Maitre y encargado NISSANKA hizo que en nuestros desayunos y cenas no faltara ningún detalle .- Fué una persona con una gran profesionalidad , atención y amabilidad .- Toda la atención y servicio del hotel fué impecable .

El hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles. El personal del hotel es muy atento desde que llegas hasta que dejas el hotel. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y los baños son perfectos. Recomendamos mucho este hotel puesto que la calidad es buenísima y la localización es perfecta para poder ver la ciudad. Volveremos seguro!

El medio ambiente es mucho mejor que en Kandy. Pasando por un camino lleno de baches. Es muy gris. A veces está bloqueado. El hotel fue agradable para registrarnos temprano cuando nos registramos ese día. Como el hermano del autobús Tutu en Colombo estaba demasiado entusiasmado para ayudarnos a comprar un boleto de tren de siete puntos, a la mañana siguiente, en el desayuno, la Sra. Checkin se acercó a decir una de las reservas. Para compensar la diferencia. Creo que el hotel en Sri Lanka tiene la curiosidad de que el precio para una y dos personas sea diferente. Más tarde, la diferencia fue más cara que Ctrip. Todavía me siento incómodo. No dijo cuándo se registró. El desayuno estaba bien. No estoy acostumbrado al buffet aquí. El hermano del huevo frito abrió mi pila de huevos fritos a mano. Las frutas son todas papaya y sandía. No son muy ricos. La ventana del piso al techo del restaurante no era así cuando hice la reserva. Hay tres piezas de vidrio en el medio. La ropa de cama era más cómoda. Kandy estaba sucio y desordenado en general. No pensé que volvería, y la habitación tenía balcón.
