La cama estaba confortable. La vista fue increíble. El personal estaba muy amigable. La ubicación está muy cerca del centro, pero arriba de una colina muy tranquila. El hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles. El personal del hotel es muy atento desde que llegas hasta que dejas el hotel. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y los baños son perfectos. Recomendamos mucho este hotel puesto que la calidad es buenísima y la localización es perfecta para poder ver la ciudad. Volveremos seguro!

Este ha sido de los mejores 10 hoteles que hemos estado en este viaje en Sri Lanka. La habitación amplia con una cama excelente baño grande. Con terraza y mucha luz natural. Tv con puertos HDMI y USB, internet buena. Aire acondicionado y neveras que bastante silencioso. Una sensación de limpieza muy por encima de la media en SL. Habitación con contenías opacas y baste silenciosa. Buen desayuno tipo bufé. Piscina no tan grande como parece en las fotos pero muy buena. Personal muy agradable. Excelente elección. Hemos repetido más hoteles de esta misma cadena después de ir a este.

QQiongqiongGood for value. The room is clean and spacious. Tthe owner is friendly. They prepared morning tea before our one day tour to Sigiriya. They also helped to arrange the driver and taxi.
It is on a hill. Tuktuk took only 200 LKR one way but not many are willing to go. Walking takes about 15 min, which is ok for us, and we walked for most of time. Shower water pressure is low but it’s warm. Wifi signal is weak.

OOConnorDesde el momento en que llegamos a este hotel, el servicio fue realmente excelente. Llegamos temprano, pero aún así pudimos registrarnos. Nos recibieron con refrescantes bebidas frías de coco y bocadillos, y el personal más servicial y encantador. Nuestra habitación era hermosa, muy elegante, con un pequeño balcón, un baño encantador (¡excelentes artículos de tocador!) Y una cama extremadamente cómoda. ¡Perfecto! Los desayunos eran deliciosos, una variada selección de comida, ¡con un buen café! Somos veganos pero había mucho para comer. El día 2 teníamos tolvas recién preparadas llenas de lentejas dahl, ¡qué ricas! La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del lago y no lejos de la estación de tren. Nos encontramos con un caballero que trabaja en el hotel cuando estábamos explorando (estaba fuera de servicio en ese momento, pero nos reconoció cuando nos registramos) y fue SUPER servicial, caminando con nosotros por un tiempo, señalando algunas cosas interesantes. lugares a los que ir, e incluso nos ayudó a comprar entradas para un espectáculo de danza tradicional. Solo estuvimos en Kandy por 2 noches, pero realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este hotel. Altamente recomendado.

Originally booked for one night, however on arrival I was unwell. Chulanka could not of been more helpful. He arranged transport to the hospital and went with us and stayed until he knew what was wrong. He then returned three hours later to collect us and take us back to Red Hill. He had prepared chicken soup especially for me, although no appetite it was lovely and very welcome. In Addition he prepared another meal for my travelling companion. We decided to stay another day to rest and were looked after by Chulanka and his staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything needed preparing tea to drink and king coconut for health !!! We appreciated the kindness of both Chulanka and his staff and would recommend Red Hill Kandy for its hospitality, kindness and food. Fantastic views of Kandy for the bedroom not to be missed, as well as comfortable and welcoming.

Buena ubicación y vistas. La habitación nada del otro mundo, bastante amplia pero se notaba que era todo antiguo, las almohadas eran pésimas. El baño estaba bien equipado. El restaurante tenía un ambiente muy acogedor y unas vistas impresionantes, aunque la comida no nos emocionó. Poca variedad de alimentos, y aparte todo era comida local y tampoco nada del otro mundo. El servicio y amabilidad del personal impecables. Parecía más un hotel para locales que para turistas.

HHUIEl hotel está situado en el centro de Kandy, cerca del lago Kandy. La comunicación en inglés en la recepción no es un problema. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones. Las instalaciones son más nuevas. No hay cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes ni pantuflas.

UUsuario invitadoHotel de buen presupuesto, la presión de la ciudad, pero sorprende que las habitaciones estén tranquilas al aire libre. La habitación reservada sólo para que no pueda comentar la comida del hotel, pero hay muchos lugares de comer alrededor y sólo 10 minutos a la estación de tren. La entrada al hotel puede estar llena de gente, ya que está con el pavimento y hay callejeras que venden bienes, pero seguros todos los mismos y se obtiene mucho de cosas baratas que puede comprar a lo largo del pavimento. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero tienen las instalaciones básicas y deberían estar bien para las parejas. El hotel está muy cerca, y el templo de los dientes está a pie de la calle, y el estacionamiento puede ser un problema para los que vienen en vehículos, aunque estoy seguro que el hotel puede arreglar esto para usted. Antes de reservar, por favor, compruebe.

JJason PaulThe hotel is over a hundred years old, since 1844. I felt as though I went through a time portal when I stepped into the dining area. Part of the hotel’s appeal is the history of the hotel. Don’t expect a modern hotel but rather embrace the well-detailed history on display throughout the hotel.
The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area.

VVonnyclareEl personal era maravilloso, tan útil y se llevó tiempo para ayudarme a planear un día completo como sólo tenía un día en Kandy. También me dieron sugerencias para mi viaje después de Kandy. El gimnasio era fantástico para tener y la piscina. Calabaza y nevera en las habitaciones. Localizado muy cerca del centro de Kandy. ¡Vale la pena el precio razonable! ¡Toque personal!...muy apreciado!
