Valoraciones de Sutra Beach Resort, Terengganu

El personal es muy amable y servicial pero el hotel necesita urgentemente una revisión de la parte eléctrica ya que el cuadro de los fusibles en nuestra habitación hacia mucho ruido y aunque avisamos y muy eficazmente vino una persona de mantenimiento y sujetó el botón que vibraba y emitía el ruido, se notaba un zumbido de la propia instalación. La TV no funcionaba correctamente, no sé oía. El desayuno básico, sin mucha variedad. La piscina no la hemos usado pero nos advirtieron que tenía horario y estaba solo operativa de 8 a 12 de la mañana, aunque a las 11am cuando nos hemos ido ya estaba cerrada.

Todo está bien. Pero el aire acondicionado hace ruido. Cuando pedí cambiar de habitación, dijo que estaba completamente reservada, que solo quedaba 1 habitación, pero verifiqué en línea que había 5 habitaciones más. Ni siquiera el aire acondicionado puede oscilar. 😓 Pagué caro por ti. El desayuno está bien, no hay muchas opciones. no puedo repetir. Gracias

Lo mejor. Es solo que el departamento de piscina no es apto para niños. Los padres deberían supervisarlos. En general, todo está bien y es agradable 👍

Aged establishment. Cleanliness maintained. Limited breakfast food choices and basic quality. I will try nearby villa and homestays instead as they seem new. Actually i didn’t know that there are still limited chargter to Islands after 3pm so no need a night stay.

The room condition very bad ! The cleanline is very bad . There are a few cockroaches in the room . Also the Pillow is moldy ! ! The overall condition is very bad !

Pros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad. Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.  Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you.

Nice small private resorts with beautiful sea view. Very relaxing and quiet especially during low season time. Overall, recommended 👍🏻

A bit rundown but seaview and room was good.. perhaps hotel should consider to renovate the room as the facilities is strategic by the sea.. food was good

Overalls is good. Otherwise if it can be improve in facilities is quite old especially floor and other decoration like lamp.

Bedroom too old. Try to upragred yr toilet. Smell so bad. But everything is good. Best view
