Osada Sniezka Kolo Karpacza

Fajne miejsce z ladnym widokiem. Widac ze mocno eksploatowane gdyz pokoje z jednej strony calkiem nowe to jednak juz zniszczone. Prysznic popsuty pewnie nie wtrzymal takiego natezenia ruchu :) Do naszego pokoju na 1 pietrze nie bylo windy oraz dojscia dla wozkow do klatki - z rocznym dzieckiem bylo to pewnego rodzaju utrudnienie. Ogolnie moge polecic ten obiekt jednak ma swoje mankamenty.

Czysto i schludnie

Overall, the hotel is nicely located with interesting architecture, mainly consisting of cottages housing apar**ents, and a few rooms in the main building. The food is of average quality with very limited choices, not suitable for those with food sensitivities. There's no bar, only a restaurant. If it's closed, you can't even get coffee or tea. On Chris**as Eve, after breakfast at 9, there's no option to eat anything until 5 PM, and nothing is available in the vicinity either. A major downside. The rooms at first glance are spacious and nice, but they haven't been renovated in 15 years. They are damaged, with sooty walls near the radiators, cold, and the bathrooms are as cold as a fridge with moldy showers and worn-out furniture. The WiFi is extremely poor. There's a nice game room, but it could be less heated as it's about 40 degrees Celsius. There's also a large playroom for children. For sure we’ll not return here again

Good place to for family with kids and a dog. Lovely food, nice apar**ents with all you need. Close to the mountains and bigger city if more shopping needed. Great facilities for young kids. The only down side I would say was outdoor playground which is small. We were there quiet season so it was ok but can’t imagine how crowded it can get when it’s peak of the season.

This place is very nice located, not far away from Karpacz and many others turistic attractions. All of this max. 20min. driving distance. House apar**ents are big, modern, but not well equipped. Not understand me wrong, you will find there almost all basic stuff, but cutlery, plates glasses are just enought. One bread knife will not do all the jobs in the kitchen. Simply, by going to this kind of place you expect more. A'la carte restaurant is great, with both italian and traditional disched for very reasonable prices. You have to check pizza - top taste, crispy, well balanced. Little crowdy aquapark and kids animation center are included. At the end, I think I can recommend this place to families.

The bread at breakfast was mouldy two out of three mornings we were there and the eggs severely undercooked. We were charged 20zloty per day for parking. Nobody told us this would happen during booking or check in so it was an unpleasant surprise on check out. While I find it weird that you have to pay for parking at a hotel on private property, the issue is more that we weren't told about it. Almost none of the staff spoke English, which made things quite difficult when trying to get a seat at breakfast or ask any questions, the map, info sheet and spa pricelist were all entirely in Polish as well, no translations. The reason I give 2 stars instead of one - It seems the evening chef was much better, as dinner was tasty even if the selection was limited. The pool and wellness area was nice (especially after 8.30pm when it becomes adults only, 4 Jacuzzi's, 3 different saunas, salt room etc.

Do not believe the site is surveilanced 24/7, none monitors the cameras. We came back from Osada Śnieżka with 3 bicycles less - all stolen at night from a car rack. A thief had no problem to enter the area, move around, break the locks and move the bikes out. All lasted 45 minutes, all was recorded but not noticed by anybody from the stuff until police was called in the morning. And not even simple "we are sorry" heard, no call from a manager, no reaction. Plus bill on car park on check out. Horrible place, we shall never return there. If you like your belongings, make sure you lock them well or simply chose another hotel.

Miejsce z potencjałem, jednak z licznymi niedociagnieciami psujacymi istotnie komfort pobytu. Po pierwsze dodatkowo platny niestrzeżony parking przy obiekcie. Powinien byc przy takiej lokalizacji osrodka wliczony w cenę pokoju. Brak informacji o platnym parkingu przy rezerwacji telefonicznej. W salonie do spania nierozkladana sofa z dostawka, ktora rozjeżdza się istotnie pogarszajac jakośc snu. Totalna porazka. Bardzo głośny piec, ktory wlacza sie w nocy, halasujac zaburzając sen. Kominek/koza w pokoju, tak reklamowany w ofercie, wymaga dodztkowo zakupienia drewna (!) - brak o tym jakiejkolwiek informacji przy rezerwacji. Aneks kuchenny bardzo slabo wyposazony- wbrew opisowi na stronie internetowej. Sprzatanie pokoju i wymiana ręcznikow dopiero po 4 dobie pobytu (!). Wanna w lazience mocno nadgryziona zębem czasu, wymaga zdecydowanie odnowienia albo wymiany. Do pokoju przynalezy balkon z widokiem wprost na bliskie okna budynkow naprzeciwko. Nieprawdą jest informacja ze strony internetowej, że z balkonu mozna podziwiać widoki, chyba że mowa o widokach na pokoj zabaw dla dzieci lub salon gości zameldowanych naprzeciw. Kompleks basenowo-saunowy z potencjalem, jednak oblegany przez olbrzymią liczbę dzieci, panuje straszny harmider i chaos. Dobrym rozwiazaniem godnym pochwaly jest natomiast basen tylko dla dorosłych od 20.30. W trakcie naszego pobytu basen byl jednak przejściowo zamkniety z powodu rzekomej awarii lub zanieczyszczenia- żadnej rekompensaty nie otrzymalismy. Warte polecenia są natomiast znakomite seansy saunowe z olejkami eterycznymi. Niektore panie z recepcji bardzo nieprzyjazne. Przyzwoita wloska restauracja. My wiecej nie wrócimy.
