Отдыхали в начале августа. Это не сезон. Пляж есть рядом с отелем, но в нём купаться нельзя! Только можно смотреть на красивый закат сидя на берегу! Все туристические локации ОЧЕНЬ далеко, берите на заметку! Персонал приветливый, все улыбаются. Уборка в комнате 50/50, постель меняют только когда ты скажешь, халаты тоже не обновляют, тапочки одноразовые прилагаются только тоже единожды ( нам ничего не меняли), только надо обязательно сказать. Для меня было странно, что каждый раз, персонал трогал мои вещи, на туалетном столике косметику (и видно что они протерли пыл поверхностно, но всё равно трогали) , либо на диване или кровати, они трогали мои вещи, это отвратительно! Мне приходилось всегда контролировать, не оставила ли я что-то не на своём месте и думать о том, будет ли трогать это персонал! Вещи просто лежат на стуле, они их сложат по своему! Или на диване лежат вещи, они положат их по-другому!!!! И ещё, мы заметили, что вода которая разлита по бутылкам, скорее всего разливается в эти сосуды повторно, потому что стеклянные бутылки все «заюзанные», что подвергается сомнению наполнения (откуда это вода?!). На счет питания, для кого как… Я ела только фрукты/йогурт и яичница, остальное всё безвкусно. Ужин 55$ ( у нас не был включен), вот он своих денег не стоит, всё отвратительно! Кроме лепешек которые они сами делают и фруктов😄 Молодой человек питался местной кухней, они её конечно могут готовить, а привычную еду (европейскую) конечно не очень вкусно готовят. Но а так как рядом не туристическая локация в котором расположен отель, то выбора в ресторанах и кафе - нет. Приходилось отдавать 55$ и есть что есть. Похудели на -3кг за 6 дней 🤪 СПАСИБО! ☺️

Fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis! Hela faciliteten, från huvudbyggnaden till övriga allmänna utrymmen och rummen. Rummet kändes väldigt lyxigt och det är få gånger som jag har blivit så imponerad. Personalen inom samtliga områden (hotellvakter, receptionister, väskbärare, restaurang- och barpersonal (Nayoush med flera), städare och poolvakter (Sudiyou, Viraj med flera) var väldigt trevliga och serviceinriktade. All cred verkligen till hela hotellet! (Det enda lilla förbättringsförslaget jag har, är att man delar upp poolområdet mellan de som vill röka och de som vill ha det rökfritt).

安納塔拉的酒店一如既往穩定的奢華+服務好，孩子們也很喜歡裏面的攀巖和滑索活動。最贊歎的是她們的入住和離店儀式，滿滿的熱情和儀式感。還有幸觀摩了酒店為蘭卡獨立76週年舉辦的小而精緻的慶典活動，是個適合度假的有海又有瀉湖美景的很安靜的海邊酒店。

作為一個安納塔拉，就是各方面的標準的都到位了，酒店很漂亮，工作人員很友善，小童俱樂部的小姐姐NADEESHANI，非常的耐心，孩子們都非常喜歡和她玩，整個酒店讓人舒服自在

酒店十分美麗。前台小哥特別熱情，代我們在酒店最好的view去拍照。入住和離店都有儀式，超讚。酒店有好幾個餐廳，口味很好。另外也有很多酒店的活動可以預訂：沙灘排球、森林瑜伽、溜索等

房間寬敞 設施齊全 環境巨美 服務人員各個都很有禮貌，就算不出酒店 也可以帶孩子玩的很開心

到達的時候感受很不好，因為一直説查不到預訂記錄，等了1個小時，後面和攜程聯繫，對方的負責人才出現，升級了房間，還送了晚餐，還是攜程靠譜。酒店整體很大，靠海的房間視野還可以，餐飲基本符合預期，衹吃了蝦🦐，第二天離開時，有很多公司在這邊團建，人超級多，還是很local的一家酒店。

Hotel excepcional. Habitaciones confortables. La comida un 10. Buffet muy variado y de muy buena calidad. Todos los trabajadores están pendientes de que no te falte de nada. A nosotros nos tocó Dulmina como camarero y fue encantador y muy atento. No nos faltó de nada. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

El hotel está perfecta ubicado para poder pasar unos días de tranquilidad. El nivel de servicio ha sido insuperable, de los mejores que he recibido en un Anantara.

Un lugar paradisíaco donde pasar unos días increíbles. Comida muy buena y de variedad. Habitaciones muy confortables y espaciosas. Un trato excelente del personal . El pool team es fabuloso. Te tratan como si estuviese en tu casa. Viraj, Sampath, Tharidu, Suwindu muchísimas gracias. El equipo del spa también de 10.

Our first stay at Anantara and what a wonderful experience it was. It is not often that you leave a hotel struggling to find even one negative, but that was genuinely the case here. What impressed us most was the staff. From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone we met was friendly, attentive and always willing to help, and most importantly, everything was done with a smile. There really isn’t one particular person we can mention because every single staff member was excellent. To us, that also says a lot about the management and the environment they have created for their team, because happy staff really do reflect in the service guests receive. The buffet was excellent with plenty of variety and the service during meals deserves a special mention. The servers were incredibly attentive and almost as soon as we finished a plate, it was cleared without us having to wait or look for someone. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes the dining experience so much more enjoyable and is something we don’t always experience even at many good hotels. We also had a meal at the Italian restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food there too. Our room was lovely, comfortable and had excellent amenities, while the beautiful surroundings and ambience made the whole stay even more relaxing. A lovely surprise came when we were leaving — a handwritten card together with some sweet treats to take home. It was such a thoughtful personal touch and ended our stay on an even happier note. Wonderful food, beautiful surroundings and exceptional hospitality. Our first visit to Anantara will certainly not be our last. A few names in my memory of the excellent staff were Shamal of front office, Imasha, Chirantha, Lakshitha and Nethmini from the restaurants. Wish I could remember all the names but was busy enjoying the holiday!

Nestled around a lagoon and a beach surrounded with a lush green areas. Warmly welcome with a vibrant dance. Check in is super fast and Ms. Sajana has guided us to the room and send every detail to phone. This is the very first hotel respect environment by giving paperless invoices.Ocean view rooms are spacious with every amenities, and spotless. Tranquil environment for relaxation as no noises. Value for money and guaranteed for next booking. Kids can enjoy plenty of activities at kids club and adults too. Water sports is another adventure series. There are two large pools in the property, which only one has a baby pool. Foods are with endless taste. If you want to experience authentic cuisine, Ananthara is the best spot. Hotel staff is super friendly. During our departure, they gave another unforgettable blessings. Wish to reserve Ananthara for our December schedule. Thank you for everything.
