Maravilloso cuarto con buen servicio

El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño. Las habitaciones son básicas pero limpias y perfectas para nosotros, ya que no queríamos pasar el día en el hotel. La ubicación fue fantástica, es un paseo de 10 minutos (máx) al castillo. Todo lo demás está en 5 minutos. Habitaciones - básicas, teníamos una habitación doble que era dos camas individuales, empujadas juntos. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. Pequeño consejo solicita una habitación cerca de la parte de atrás del hotel, las entregas de la mañana y la colección de bin pueden ser un poco alto. El baño era muy pequeño, pero tenía todo lo que necesitamos. La ducha era brillante y caliente y muy poderosa. Se proporcionaron toallas frescas diariamente. El personal de limpieza era grande, siempre estaban contentos de ayudar. La habitación también tenía un secador de pelo y un escritorio. La sauna que se encuentra cerca de la habitación 115 es brillante, está abierta a las 3:00 - 10:00. Es un tamaño decente y muy limpio. Hay también un jacuzzi, sin embargo, fue de orden durante nuestra visita. El hotel dispone de una pequeña terraza solar en la sauna y en el jacuzzi, que es agradable para relajarse y para ver a la gente. El personal estaba impresionante, todos estaban tan amigables y felices de ayudar. ¡Jeanette nos ayudó a reservar taxis, habitaciones y todo lo que necesitamos! Es una superestrella! Gracias Jeanette! En general un hotel básico pero brillante que ofrece una gran base para explorar Kalmar!

We were recommended this hotel by a friend who lives in Kalmar and so we had high hopes for a nice stay. We had tried to book a room in the main hotel but unfortunately, it was booked out, so we opted for their budget accommodation in a building across the road. The photos looked nice. the main building was quite beautiful and we were greeted at reception with smiles and enthusiasm. Ebba, one of the staff gave us a brief and interesting history of the building and its original owners, so we felt like we were off to a good start. Our room was neat at first glance but noticed that it was sp****ly decorated and had no bedside tables, which we thought was a little odd. The bed seemed nice and comfortable which made us happy. After returning from dinner that evening we found a number of issues in the bathroom that seemed un-exceptable. The shower was extremely basic. The shower curtain was old, there was soap build up on the shower window and door, the shower soap was empty, the basin was loose and the glass shelf above it was also loose and rested on on angle. You had to put the glasses to the back of the shelf to prevent them from sliding off. We also found nuts of some kind on the floor under one of the chairs. What came next was greatly disappointing. Upon pulling back the doona on the bed we saw 3 silverfish skuttle across the sheet. Although we had a laugh, it was certainly not what we expected. Aside from that, we slept ok and the next morning we very much enjoyed the breakfast they had on offer. It was all very fresh and all very tasty. I went to reception as a coutesy to let them know the issues we had experienced and although the young girl wrote down what I told her explaining she would let management know, we were not offered an apology. That surprised me considering we are both seasoned travellers and have come to expect better. So when we arrived home I wrote a polite email to the manager detailing our stay and that although we recognise that sometimes cleaners etc can overlook things and just wanted to let them know of our disappointment. We received no reply. So I wrote to their facebook page and inquired if we would get a reply regarding our email. The post was read but again we received no reply. Sorry , but for an establishment that seems to have most of the boxes ticked in a stunning setting and friendly helpful staff, you do not win any points for your inability to show respect to a customer who thought bringing these issues to your attention would help. Someone needs to pull their socks up.

Muy recomendable quedarse, rentable, el medio ambiente es muy bueno. Hermoso entorno, buena ubicación geográfica, transporte conveniente, habitaciones cómodas e higiénicas, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta, las instalaciones son muy humanas, la señal de la red de alta velocidad es buena, la vista fuera de la ventana es buena. El diseño del pequeño péndulo de la habitación también es muy distintivo.

No sé, debería recordar las deficiencias. Probablemente, la falta de un refrigerador/minibar en la habitación. Y el número de metros 15-18, pero no es una sorpresa. En el resto - ventajas completas. Localización justo en el mar, con una terraza a lo largo de toda la fachada (en el estilo se puede llegar al centro comercial más a la vez, y más a la universidad). A la estación 5 minutos a pie de la velocidad. A la famosa castaña - 15. Un gran sueño. El aislamiento acústico es normal, las piñas son diferentes en el amador. La habitación es caliente a pesar del tiempo (que era invierno). El agua del tapón está bebiendo, y es delicioso. El servicio es rápido y no se nota. Las habitaciones no son limpias y las toallas no cambian sin petición y hacen la cosa correcta. El desayuno es bueno, 2-3 día se puede comer sin repetir. Quizá no haya suficiente semilla o semillas de este tipo. Hay incluso un arbusto y ananas. Hay también una cena temprana en ese restaurante (17 a 20:30), también una mesa sueca. Desde el restaurante, por supuesto, también una salida a la terraza al agua. Pero lo más importante es el estilo! ¡Por eso más un punto. Es un antiguo almacén o algo. Los antiguos diseños se conservan parcialmente. Servicio útil. Buena fiesta de descanso con muchos tipos de comida y bebidas. Frutas frescas y waffles calientes. Habitaciones grandes con vistas agradables. Las camas son cómodas. Cerca del Centro de Kalmar y la estación central.

La ubicación es buena, con sólo unos minutos de coche por el puente a Öland. Personal amigable. No hay AC en las habitaciones así puede ser caliente en verano y ruido si abre la ventana debido al tráfico en la autopista que va justo fuera. Hotel muy amigable con perros permitidos en algunas zonas incluso al desayuno. Comparar el precio con el alquiler de una cabina en Öland encontramos los precios similares, así que permanecimos en el hotel y tomó el coche sobre el puente.
