I recently stayed at the Sinclairs Hotel, and my experience was outstanding. The check-in process was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning Darjeeling Hill view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering everything from fresh to made-to-order omelets. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped small gym and the swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. The location is perfect,the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout special mention housekeeping Manager Mr Sunil Acharya and Suraj,Birun,Tara,Soneya, Nisha.I highly recommend the Sinclairs Kalimpong Hotel for a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

We always prefer Sinclairs as they provide us with the best facilities. Rooms are well decorated ,spcaious and well maintained.The food is awesome and staff as always is very courteous and the best ,specially from house keeping Mr.Sunil,Kavita and Nisha and from reception Ms Bimit Mr. Sourav and from restaurant Mr. Raju and team.The beds are soft and there is a fireplace and there is a very good view from balcony and reception.We prefer always to stay at Sinclairs Retreat , Kalimpong.

It was a nice place to visit with family. Most of the facilities are available under one roof however same was maintained up to the mark. Swimming pool water was not clean, toys for kids in playing section was damage. Food quality ,Room service and staff behaviour was very nice.

We stayed at Sinclair Retreat Kalimpong with my family in May 2024, in Room #110 for three days. The staff were really polite and took great care of us. The place was super clean, and the food was excellent. Special Thanks to Tarak, Soni and the entire team. I highly recommend it for families, couples, and friends. It was one of my best stays, and I'll definitely come back.

Excellent property in a beautiful location. I came here with a corporate group from 27-30 april. Each and every staff starting from reception (Bimit, Bejoy and others) resturant (Raju , Subrata and others ), conference room were very helpful and courteous extending warm hospitality and services. Restaurant food was very good and staffs were always alert in refilling and guest satisfaction. Conference facilities provided were very good and the attending staffs were always at service with a smile. Rooms were very comfortable and huge , housekeeping team has always been there to serve for anything required. I am very happy with the hospitality provided at Sinclairs Kalimpong Staff during my visit to Hotel ***** with my family. We were there to celebrate our 5th Marriage Anniversary. Room that was booked for us was well decorated when we reached the hotel. Welcome drinks served to us during arrival. All staffs are good. Taking care of guests. Service is very good. The quality of food served during dinner / and breakfast was awesome. Really thankful to restaurant staff and housekeeping staffs namely Sunil, Nisha, Sonia, Serijana, Shradha and Binita from Reception. Thank you all members of Sinclairs Kalimpong. Would like to visit the hotel in every anniversary.

Hotel is very beautiful with all services , housekeeping team are amazing they take special care of us we are 4 family in attic room in #111 which has amazing view and rooms are very clean. They highly maintained cleanliness and hygiene. Food is tasty. Front office staff are very polite specially one lady is there. Housekeeping Manager help us to make our stay very comfortable, really appreciate to entire team for great hospitality.

Very good hotel with beautiful scenery, all services are top notch, all are very helpful and supportive we are here for our business meet around 50 people ,we enjoyed a lot manager Mr Sunil Acharya and team help out all possible from reception Ms Bimit is helpful. A beautiful resort on the serene hilltop of Kalimpong . Very private , well maintained and well designed place among nature . The Golden Oak restaurant and its wonderful team especially Soni, Sabina , Tarak and Shovan needs a special mention . Their warm gesture for our kids made an our stay feel like home . Will recommend all to visit this place once . Keep up this level .

The amenities are very good in this resort and also the behaviour of the service at the resort is also worth visiting. The food, beverages and other outdoor activities are good. AND lastly the view and location from and the resort is very beautiful throughout the year

It’s been a very beautiful time spending place for a family The views from the place are incredibly good the sweet sung light and the stuffs are very helpful and good . The food is good with varieties and they also provide cars for your tours Specially Sunil , Bimit , Bijoy are exceptionally good and their hospitality on point .

The property is well maintained and is neat and clean. Loved the food and stay. Staff is also very professional. This is a great place for families. Great stay and lovely view from my room. I loved the menu options both in vegetarian and non vegetarian food. I would highly recommend this place for a family stay. I felt like I had best time ever and enjoyed our family trip.Best part is parking facility within in the hotel and a Restaurant, Bar that is separate .. hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful especially housekeeping manager Mr.Sunil Acharya for taking great care of the details ...also thank you team housekeeping Swastik,Suraj,Sarda,Tara,Soneya,Srijana.
