Good food,friendly ,efficient and helpful staff. Cleanliness n location are all good. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and a convenient stop from Guiyang if you want to visit the Miao villages nearby. Great service and the price is very reasonable!

Super fast and easy check in, good access to public transit and Didis to anywhere else. Rooms were big and comfy!

Good place to stay and also very popular among travellers of the area. Good breakfast, better than an average Hampton’s. Though as the hotel was full the staff of the restaurant had a hard time to keep up with the flow of the people in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay. Too bad they didn’t send a robot to bring us our takeaway to the room, our son was really looking forward to that 😆

房間很乾凈也很安靜 ，早餐豐盛！服務周到，每個工作人員都會熱情跟你打招呼，每次看到都是面帶微笑！可以延遲退房，酒店有2個免費的停車場，其中負一樓的可以充電，對電車相對友好。入住的時候還送有歡迎水果和歡迎卡片，很貼心很暖心！送餐有可愛的機器人😍 位置可以，離火車站打車很近。設施新且齊全，設計合理，符合居住需求。空間設計合理！

房間的整體環境還是不錯，窗外的山景也挺開闊。酒店早餐的酸湯粉，種類也還是很不錯。前台的服務也可以。想重點提一下房間的衞生，洗漱台水龍頭的污漬看着就很不舒服，房間花型地毯的白色都已經變成灰色，沙發上明顯的污漬，這些都很影響整體的入住感受。希望酒店方面可以重視起來，因為這個衞生情況會拉低你們品牌的形象。

整體還是很不錯的，酒店服務很熱情周到和耐心，入住的房間寬敞、整潔，衞生狀況也很好，早餐豐富，停車方便。服務、衞生、環境都給5星好評。 設施也都不錯的，就是我們入住當天房卡系統出了點故障，一時做不出房卡，前台服務員很辛苦，陪着一位位客人逐個去乘電梯、開房門（所以就設施這項我沒有打滿分，給了4.5）。不過酒店為房卡延時一事致歉非常有誠意，其實這個真算不到酒店前台的服務上，應該是合作的系統維護商技術維護不到位。
