First of all the owner (lady) there, is super sweet. She was very helpful and friendly. Talking about the hotel, the room size was good and it was clean. The shower set was old and rusty but works and the washroom was pretty clean. The location of the hotel is in a neighborhood that’s not very updated but everything including shops and attractions are only 5 to 10 minutes of walk away. And a 2 minutes walk would get you any e-bike easily. So the location was very very convenient. All together the hotel/homestay is completely worth the money and I would definitely recommend it.

Overall a good place. Location might not be the best, but other than that it's pretty good. If you need anything, you can contact them at any time on WeChat, and you'll get a response in a matter of a minute no matter the time of the day.

Location is very far from town center need to walk for bus and there is no bicycle service around this area The worst thing I don’t like for deposit money

The hotel is pretty nice! The landlady is a nice woman, we used weixin to communicate, there were no problems with it. The room itself is absolutely the same as it is at the photo. It was cold from the very beginning but the air conditioning worked properly and made the room very warm in 30 mins. The street where the hotel is located looks like a quiet Chinese suburbs, don’t afraid of nose, there is absolutely no noise there. It’s near the Henan University and Gulou street. We recommend this place!

Good place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric "hello bike (Alipay)" parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.

The owner of the hotel is a very lovely lady. The rooms are great value for the price, and it’s located within Kaifeng old town. There are many Hello bikes around.

非常不錯性價比超高，安全性也很好，內外都是密碼鎖，老闆人超級好，人少的情況下，給我們免費升級了房間了，有微波爐可以加熱早餐，也可以免費寄存行李，最重要的事房間的很多洗漱用品都是一次性的，牙杯，毛巾洗臉巾等老闆都備了一次性的，用起來很放心，房間裏有個超大投影儀，晚上一起看看電影真的很不錯，給我們推薦的胡辣湯也超級好喝，真的是喝過最好喝的胡辣湯，離景區裏也很近，真的強烈推薦！！！

入住體驗超棒！衞生細節滿分（連衞生間縫隙都沒灰），隔音效果好睡得香。設施新且齊全，早餐種類豐富，真心推薦給大家！

被背刺了自己看圖吧，廁所燈是壞的。中午12點來開房，説沒收拾好要等半小時就沒在意就先去玩了。結果晚上十點多回來就換成這間房。應該是欺負我們外地人吧，第二天果斷換了。
