We have been here plenty of times, the hotel is a good choice with friendly service and staff. Compared to the times before it has a slight decrease in our overall score…. In our past few stays, we always book the biggest rooms, stay with 2 adults, 1 child ( teenager ), we got each afternoon some fruit and bakery to our room…. This time they forgot to deliver it, after calling came some lower quality assortment… Filling water or coffee capsules for the in room espresso machine need to ask separately a few times…. But overall still a good choice

Room was very clean. Kudos to the room cleaner who was very organised and was very attention to detail. We were delighted to receive a complimentary plate of dessert and fruits. The gym (fitness centre) was greatly equipped with dumbbells & benches, and weight training machines such as leg extension, lat pulldown, chest press, shoulder press, and cable machines! Not to mention the cardio equipments like treadmill, bike, elliptical machines. Really wonderful.

Good check-in experience! The hotel boasts an elegant environment. The room is clean and cozy, with soft beddings and complete facilities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was swift. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. It's conveniently located, and both transportation and shopping in the vicinity are very convenient. I especially want to thank the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay extremely enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and strongly recommend it!

Big room with comfortable bed. Good service from all the front desk staff. especially Ms. Jenny Yan from the office, when I have problems with Chinese App, she came out and help and gave clear directions how and where to go around in Kaifeng. She is a nice and friendly person. Also special thanks to Aaron, the concierge for arranging the luggage courier and make sure that my luggage has arrived to our destination.

Expected levels of cleanliness and maintenance at a Sheraton property with a nice view of the lake and a big mall next to it. Only complain is the aircon was not strong enough to cool the room.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

Do not book this hotel ! My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.
