Excellent stay. Location is perfect, directly opposite Kagoshima-Chuo station, with views over the station plaza. Spotlessly clean, and excellent service, as you would expect from a good business hotel in Japan.

Public transport is convenient just across the road outside the JR station. Will not get wet when it rains or snows, underpass is so accessible from hotel. 1st pic took while having breakfast at the hotel.

Huge bath tub within the room. Slightly bigger room than japan's average because of that but living area is smaller as a result. There is a sofa in this room but that takes up the space for luggage. Overall pretty good. Just opppsite the jr station with underground access. Sakurajima was covered by clouds when I was there.

The staff call Mr.KUi His should not be working in Hotel industry I am not sure who is his trainer guide , but he should not be working in Service industry at all. I will definitely will wrote a complete letter to General Manger.

Hotel can be accessed directly from the JR underpass, towards basement of hotel building. Tram station conveniently located in front of hotel. Hotel faces JR Station. Room is cozy with plenty of wall sockets. Good value for money. Room had lovely view of Mt Sakurajima.

The room is tiny but you can find everything you need inside. The location is perfect, connected with JR and the Amu plaza. You can see Sakurajima from the room window and lobby.
