隔音效果極差，隔壁房間沖水聽的很清楚，房間還有刺鼻的味道，這個酒店不能刷卡，衹能收外幣現金，一晚上200美金真不值，絕對不建議中國公民前往

Kabul Serena Hotel is one of the best Hotels in the region and the best in Afghanistan. Hotel interior and exterior look is very good Food is fantastic Staff are so friendly and supportive All is all is very good

A beautiful hotel with immaculate, manicured gardens as the centre point around which the separate wings of the hotel are constructed. Security is provided by the current government military forces and as well as being friendly to visiting foreigners is highly professional. I felt completely secure while inside. The rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. My room overlooked the garden and I would recommend the same - in addition to the peace and quiet it gives an added level of security to be away from the street. The swimming pool, cafe and restaurants are all open (there is a fixed price buffet dinner at 1600 Afs per person) which will provide enough for even the hungriest guest. The breakfast is also buffet style and is plentiful. Without naming any staff I would like to commend the housekeeping, front desk and restaurant staff. They have a truly 5 star quality approach and this is deservedly the best hotel in Afghanistan. Thank you Serena 🙏

I booked executive room and paid $100+ tax extra to get executive lounge and basic facilities which is generally airport pick&drop and laundary. Even in executive lounge I had to pay for every tea and coffee and paid for laundary and airport pick and drop. so it was totally waste of money and staff behavior was too rude with us. We organized 2 event with lunch and dinner for more than 200 people but there was no flexibility from hotel management and their attitude was too rude and bad. We will definately look for another venue on our company hotel stay and event.

The Kabul Serena Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Kabul. It has a wonderful location and it is close to the local market and shopping area. It you are looking for a great place to rest and relax in Kabul then I recommend the Kabul Serena Hotel. 5 Stars. By Gregg L. Friedman MD

One of the best hotels I stayed in in Asia... Definitely the best hotel in Kabul... Luxurious Rooms and facilities the dining facilities are top class. A grand garden and spa facilities will invigorate you...Very secure hotel too. About 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Excellent experience, I was staying on weekend and enjoyed my stay, my recommendation is people must use this beautiful hostel and enjoy with comfort and safety. I have stayed before as well and enjoyed my staff and food is wonderful, with verity of local and internal dishes.

Staff were brilliant, food was good. I had the best trip of my life. My wife however hated the trip, she had to stay and do the washing and make my pieces, shame really because the weather was quality.
