Stayed for 2 nights with family. Staff is not professional but they take care of your requirement very well. Very spacious property, decent, clean rooms.. only thing is they should improve on interiors as tap,door handles are little worn out...dinner was basic but it was too yummy... breakfast was ok... Overall very nice experience... P.S. 1. in Gir you should have your own vehicle as public transport is not good and little bit costly (from our resort to sing sadan one way open rickshaw was costing 150 that too not comfortable at all) 2. Very few places to eat and that too at distance (it will be difficult if you don't have your own vehicle)

It's a marvelous nature experience and best in class Kathiyawadi food at great taste, enjoyed a lot, thank you so much team gir Pride Resort for the fast and quality services, enen through I have asked to change the room for some reason and they make it in a minute at same plan and quote, it's my 3rd visit and being a fan of the resort will surely visit again in monsoon season to explore the nature, thank you again

Stayed at this place between 6th December and 8th December and here is what i feel about various aspects of this place- 1. Main Entrance and Reception and Security - I arrived at 6 am in the morning there was absolutely NO ONE either in reception or at the security gate. Had to wait for over 15-20 minutes before anyone appeared in reception. The person who came into reception was really not a front desk staff but just a cleaning staff who was kind enough to help us keep our luggage so that we could go and find some tea / coffee. During the day time the reception is manned well and one would not guess what happens at odd hours. 2. Booking rules : Like most hotels our booking time was stated as 12 noon check in. We had asked over a telephone if we could get early checkin since our train arrives at 5.30 am. We were told that we would perhaps get one room out of two we had booked. Understand and appreciate that there are no guarantees. When we enquired after someone arrived in reception on our arrival we were told that there was no way to get a room early - not even one room!!. After some discussion we finally got one room against an additional payment of Rs.2000/-. While we understand that early check in is not guaranteed - perhaps it would have been easier if we had been told that we could secure a early check in by paying extra. We could have avoided a long discussion and a wait after a long train journey. Suggest that this be considered as well provision of some tea / coffee specifically for guests coming by early morning trains. 3. Restaurant : The restaurant in this hotel serves what i would call ”punjabi” food. Not a single local Gujarati delicacy on the menu. On query we were told that they do not serve ”Gujarati” food!! Imagine going to Junagadh and not being able to eat anything like ”fafda or jalebi or even Undhiyu”. Not sure what is the logic of not providing local food!!! Suggest reconsider your menu or replace your chef !!! 4. Equipment and other facilities : TV, AC need to be serviced and maintained properly. There is a carrom board with no powder!!! Simple and small things if managed well will enhance the customer experience!!

La habitación era muy grande con una mesa y una silla, la ducha era generalmente caliente WIFI, bien y mal, no hay desayuno disponible cuando lo pregunté. El personal era muy amable y se probó duro incluso con mi no existente Gujerati, y permitió un v. comprobación temprana. Estaba en el cuarto piso pero no me importaba porque hay un ascensor de trabajo. Desafortunadamente, había algunos negativos, la habitación se pone v.hot durante el día camino más allá de la capacidad de refrigeración del ventilador. ¿Puedes ver cómo fue cuando fue pintado y movido en un principio, pero esos días han pasado mucho tiempo, necesita un elevador de rostro sustancial,? También la cama habría sido apreciada más por algo con 4 piernas en lugar de 2 y no se utilizó.Todas estas cosas podrían haber sido aceptables, pero 1350 INR cuando me quedé en muchos lugares mucho mejor por mucho menos dinero. Me quedé 2 noches y si necesitas atrapar un bus temprano considera.Noto los precios del hotel/hospitalidad en Gujerat parecen un poco más caros que Rajasthan aunque puedo estar equivocado y la comida parece más barata.

The hotel is located near railway station, in the heart of the city. Ambience is good. Room was clean and spacious. Food was really delicious specially breakfast. Staff was cooperative. All in all, a good stay. Had nice time. Thanks team lotus.

I am a rare contributor to TripAdvisor, even though I have been a longtime member. There were several memorable stops during our recent trip to India, but the best was the exemplary service we received from Click Hotel Junagadh. We stayed there in late January 2024, using it as a base for short trips to Gir Forest & Sanctuary, Somnath, and Diu. The reception and other staff at Click Hotel were consistently thorough, professional, and courteous during our stay. The restaurant, which does not get much online attention, had the best breakfast of any of our hotel stays. Mr. Liyaqt Jilani, Manager at Click Hotel Junagadh, deserves the highest positive recomendation as he spent a large amount of his time over several days in assisting me in completing the local steps and paperwork relevant to replacing my lost US passport and Indian e-Visa. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Liyaqt, his staff, the hotel, and the restaurant.

Rooms were clean, spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. Rooms were well equipped with all necessary amenities. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to attractions. The quality of service and amenities justified the cost.
