Buena ubicación para alojarse. Fácil acceso a todas partes y mucha comida cerca. El parque acuático de dinosaurios cuesta RM20 por persona. Volveremos.

Rate is good with good location. Room assigned this trip 1341. Shower room floor titles has cracks and the window certainly needs thorough cleaning. Looks yucky when we look out of the window.

never a full moment each time in KSL, there is so much to explore as in food, shopping, massage etc

The location is decent, but it is very noisy at night. I can hear people moving chairs and sudden water flow sounds in my room as if someone is showering.

Been staying here always when I’m in JB. Would be nice if the staff acknowledges this at check in.  Many of your check in counters staff are merely just doing a job, no passion no feelings.  Hope there will be changes made.

Consistently reserve the same hotel in JB. It's conveniently located near all facilities. The massage services at KSL Mall are of high quality.

I have stayed many times in this hotel, and I love the location and facilities around the area. Very good staycation choice. Lots of eateries and activities to do. High floor with very nice view! Very satisfying stay. Will book again if the price is right.

Stayed at KSL Hotel for one night. The room was comfortable and I liked that it had a bathtub and a fridge. However, it would be better if basic amenities like a comb and razor were provided. Unfortunately, the room was very noisy. Our window faced large exhaust fans below the building, which were running constantly throughout the night. The noise was quite loud and affected our sleep. Overall, the room facilities were good, but the noise issue significantly impacted our stay. Hope next time don't give me the room near this area.
