It was a weekend vacation at a hotel that we are familiar with. This round we got upgraded to deluxe room with bath tub with superb view on the 20th floor. Thanks to the awesome staff and we are a regular there.

Very good in location! Right beside KSL.
Room is clean as well.
Holiday villa doesn’t have queen size bed.
It’s either 1 king or 2 singles!
They also have a good range of bfast spread.

Love the view and cozy room.
In general all staff is friendly and polite.
We ordered Yong Chow fried rice from room service: very bland.
Breakfast is average. Room for improvement too.

Previously we book superior room and ask for bath tub, the hotel said only Deluxe has it. This time round we booked Deluxe and requested for bath tub they tell me they are full. And only Deluxe without bath tub is available. I booked months ago and requested, why can’t they accommodate. I insisted and they are able to give me the room with bath tub. Why need to go thru this to accommodate when you have the room? The hotel corridor has no aircon, and the entire corridor is stuffy like hell. Rooms are dated and worn off. Bathtub water keep leaking away. Breakfast was bad poor variety, left to go toilet and inform the counter, upon return to cafe ask for room number again. Last visit will never return to this hotel

Service and location was good, very clean and up to standard. The room service was up to standard too even though hotel was full and busy. Near to good cafes like keijometo too

Hotel location is very good but the hotel is old and can see short of maintaining it even the bedsheet turned bad. Breakfast spread is fine. I believe this hotel is fully booked mainly due to location.

Good location next to KSL Mall & less than 15 mins from CIQ by car. Room is spacious & clean. But poor sound proof from next room. The guests came back late at night & could hear their loud chatting & laughter. Served a varieties of food for breakfast & taste was average.
