Place was abit creepy, unable to sleep well here due to loud bang at night multiple time at 1-3am Heard furniture movement above as well which disrupted my sleep…

Sorry to say, but this hotel really isn't worth a 4-star rating. The decor is outdated, the facilities are average and the pillows are so hard that it's very uncomfortable to sleep. Even the hairdryer is the most basic type with very weak airflow.

Everythins is good not bad at all, all clean and facilities all provided

Days 1 No air con inside the room and phone is unplugged. Days 2 early morning went to front desk change the room.

Quite like the room here, clean and spacious. Suitable for couple. Staffs are friendly. Overall great experience.

Had a horrendous experience during my stay at Millesime Hotel, and I feel compelled to share it in hopes of sparing others the same frustration. Right from the beginning, the check-in process was a disaster. I arrived at the front desk only to be kept waiting for nearly 30–45 minutes while the staff member, Hazira, was sorting out the check-in for the guest ahead of me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication — no offer to take a seat, no explanation of the delay. Just silence. With my car still parked in front of the lobby and traffic building up behind me, I had no choice but to interrupt and ask how much longer it would take. Hazira responded with a visibly arrogant attitude, finally completed the process for the guest before me, and then walked over to attend to me. I even apologized for interrupting, hoping to ease the tension, but she continued to show an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Instead of handling my check-in professionally, she passed me off to a colleague without a word. Unfortunately, the room experience was just as disappointing. The television in the room didn’t work, and it took the hotel staff more than an hour to resolve the issue. As if that wasn’t enough, water started dripping from the ceiling on the last day of my stay — a serious maintenance concern that speaks volumes about the hotel’s upkeep. Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards. From poor customer service to unresolved room issues, I can confidently say I will not be returning to Millesime Hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Slightly outdated but room is fairly clean. Quite a distance from malls, but easy to get grab. Very good housekeeping service. Should try the burger joint at lobby, good burgers.

Good hotel to enjoy holydays.but have improve for room condition.but nice.

Room was huge, very basic, smells old and moldy. I asked specifically for timing of breakfast so they said from 6:30 am-10:00 am and my husband came down by 9:00 am but food was so little to nothing and no choices except for little fried rice and noodle. So end up we didn’t eat breakfast at all. I’ve asked also for late checkout but they were so inflexible and hotel is not even busy.

Very comfortable and well equipped with facilities and parking.

Huge and clean room - there is a very nice burger joint downstairs worth trying. Can be quite noisy as the sound proofing isn’t very good - we stayed at level 15 and can hear the motorbike sound zooming through at night. The towels need to be upgraded and changed. Location is not very ideal as it’s not located any malls or any shopping area.

The place is a bit old, need abit of renovation, as our room some of the things are spoilt. But overall the place is very quiet and this hotel got very nice firewood bistro.

The hotel is excellent for business communications. It standards of cleanliness, and the service is very friendly.

Been in this hotel for second time b4 covid with my family. All is good. Second time check in with my family. As usual they don’t maintain e hotel. Room i take is 2 bedrooms big n spacious clean. Still ok. Toilet ok but a bit of smell. Swimming pool under maintenance so disappointed for my kids. Breakfast noting much just fried noddle and fried rice. Porridge. Definitely not coming back here agian
