Overall stay was comfortable. Room is clean but housekeeping seems to be a little slack, forgetting either put certain items in or replenish after cleaning the room. Quite disappointing.
Breakfast variety was really limited but worse of all is spotting two little cockroaches running around around the glasses for the juices. Quite disgusting and totally put us off from eating further.
Staff were quite pleasant though.
Will probably stick to Doubletree.

It was perfect! It was near CIQ, so checking in was really convenient.
There was even a free upgrade for us so there is nothing much I can ask for. Amenities are all available!
It was clean and comfortable, with high sea view room.

Booked their executive king room and was impressed with the big space. The bed is very comfy. They prepared a cake as it was a staycation to celebrate my hubby's birthday. Their staff were friendly and helpful.

We were lucky to get a high floor with a really nice view, and they were generous to give us a later checkout a little past 1pm. Staff were kind, hotel was clean! Only thing is the distance from the JBCC was made a little less convenient esp under the sun.

Location is near the CIQ. Price is affordable and justifiable. For a short trip does not require to bring extra toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel.
Hard to request for late check out as always full house. Do not mind coming back to stay again

Had a pleasant and quite stay . Any request please write in to the hotel /apartment early. Generally good and hassle free stay. Always seems busy with guests throughout the month, especially over festive and long weekends.

A functional spacious hotel room suitable for a couple on staycation.
Pro:
1) spacious functional clean room. Microwave oven to heat up food. Useful for Moslems who need to eat sahur early in the morning
2) free shuttle to komtar. But see many cheapos use it to take with luggage.
Con:
1) not near the malls and eateries. But no proper, order grabfood if want food.
Overall value for money stay. Relax in the room and watch the bad jam at the causeway while fasting in the room.

Our first time in Capri and it was unexpected. We simply love it from the lobby to the room itself. We regret staying for just one night. This won't be the last time. We will definitely come again next time.
