Staff are friendly
Room is nice - 1st room I had was just a queensize bed and since AC encountered tech problem they offered me to change room with king size bed tho im alone. Nice but in my first night i feel like the bed linen is little itchy.

I had a comfortable stay overall. The room ambience was cozy and inviting, and the service at the counter was excellent — the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I noticed was that the cups in the room were not very clean, as there were some stains left from previous use. I washed them before using them. Nevertheless, I would book this hotel again if the opportunity arises.

a perfect stay for a day’s trip!
staff were friendly and room was the same as the pictures. amenities like shampoo, body wash, toothbrush kits were provided. appreciate the hotel revamp and everything was very clean and user friendly! bed and sheets were good, pillow is good too.
was given room 107. noise level is acceptable as a heavy sleeper. appreciate some bustling noises rather than a ded quiet town.
truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

The room is clean but the soundproof is super bad. You can hear what is other rooms doing and can also hear the cars and the motorcycles on the road.
I’m writing this review in the midnight because there’s a lot of noise cause us insomnia.

Clean beds and bathroom. Great service provided by staff at the reception and good breakfast option at their cafe.
Tricky part is the parking spot (first come first serve) and sometimes I had to park out of the compound (street parking). Fortunately the road isn't busy.
I guess the hotel has thin walls - you can easily hear noises from other rooms / hallway. Suggest to turn up the TV volume to drown them.
Overall, good hotel and most definitely consider it again for next visit!

The room is clean. Room size is ok. Very basic amenities. Has elevators and surface parking. Ok for the price. Friendly staff. Deposit of rm50 is required.

Location is quite isolated, do not have many food options around so if it’s for biz can be quite an inconvenience. Near to CIQ, around 15mins taxi ride, generally getting ride hailing is quite convenient.Sound proofing is not good but I am a sound sleeper thus still ok. I like the water dispenser with hot water options. I like the spacious family room. Hotel staff is friendly which is a plus.

overall good，sound proof might not very nice still can heard the vehicle sounds and sometime can heard the next room door slam sounds. The location is quite good there's some restaurants near by just walk few minutes can reach. The staff all quite friendly. Still happy for this travel.

I was't expecting immaculate nice room for this type of hotel, however they newly renovated rooms and hallway makes a very good impression, with clean room and bathroom. It fact it was nicer and cleaner to some run down 5 stars hotels that I've been too. Water dispense being available at some of the floors. It added convinience for traveller like me. If you are looking for a bed, a clean bathroom just to sleep and clean up while in JB, this is a good option for the cheaper price point.
