Hotel was nice and clean I. A good location. The downside was that the pool was extremely small and the beds were uncomfortable. Bed was too firm.

When I asked to speak to the manager the front desk, lady said there was not on duty after she told me a lie I had to show her my phone that she apologized and told me my room was ready

The pillows were too soft and the bedding was too thin. I found it hard to get a good night sleep.

We came on time for checking in BUT didn’t get to the room 45 minutes later. We were not pleased, After 10 hrs traveling we needed to rest. But did not happen as we expected. Very loud AC unable to sleep peacefully.
Comfortable beds and clean room which we were appreciated.

Everything new, lobby so Cozy, the best french toast and strawberries that I have. The room super dark and silence. Walking distance to restaurants and coffeehouses. The staff very friendly. Good parking. This is going to be my place at Fayetteville to visit my soldier.

Well staffed and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a room on the back side of the property, where neighbors dogs barked 24 hours/day. We understand this is not controllable by the hotel, but was a big detractor.

The hotel was nice, air conditioning was actually a little too cold (it was very hot and humid when we visited Fayetteville). The room size was perfect for my family of 3 and the bathroom & shower was really nice. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was quiet in the room even with a spirited family reunion happening in the hotel that evening. The elevator floors were a bit sticky on Saturday morning, but were cleaned up before we got back from breakfast.
