前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務都特別熱情，給我們認真的講解九寨溝的攻略和附近哪裡有好玩好吃的地方，沒有提前買門票還教我們如何買在官網上購買，真的超級nice！房間風格是我喜歡的感覺～乾淨衞生簡約清爽！房間設施設備還是挺齊全的，超出了我預期的想象！酒店離景區也很近步行10多分鐘就到了，我們車子就停在酒店門口，提前給酒店電話還給我們留了停車位，是我們這次旅行入住體驗最棒的一次，贊贊贊。

前台非常熱情，未訂房前也熱情解答，到店更是拿出手繪地圖仔細講解怎麼在九寨溝及周邊遊玩更方便！還推薦私房餐館，氂牛肉湯鍋非常美味！

The owner of the hotel was nice. She showed us the map of the park and gave some guidance. The location is great- just 10 min walk from the park gate. The bed was very nice and we had a good sleep. However the room was dirty. The floor had some leaves and the shower was full of someones hair. No fridge in the room. Another thing is the lady from the front desk offered us to help with the taxi to the bus station for the next day but in the morning the driver didn’t show up due to the bad traffic.

家長表示特別滿意，特別特別滿意！剛剛入住就立馬讓我寫點評^O^房間寬敞明亮，陽光透過大落地窗灑滿整個房間，躺在床上就可以欣賞到對面的雪山。老闆熱情，站在大堂趁着辦入住的空直接來了一個十多分鐘的黃龍旅遊注意講解。最讚的是景區免費接送服務。一樓的餐廳飯菜十分可口，價格合理公道！感謝紅橙子給我父母帶來了這麼温馨體貼的旅程感受！還有床品也十分乾淨（視頻裏感受到的）

在攜程看了很多家最後選擇這家酒店，房間乾淨衞生，衞生間都是乾濕分區，我比較喜歡這種裝修風格，老闆服務也很熱情，還會講解怎麼遊玩九寨溝，不會走冤枉路，還可以幫忙預訂千古情，非常不錯，下次秋天來看楓葉🍁，還住這裏。

房間真的太差了，跟圖片完全差別，我其實當天就想找老闆換，但是因為5.1節，我老公説算了，反正衹住一晚，到的時候也累得很了，開了太久車了，但是必須跟大家説一下，衞生真的差，我們沒洗澡，廁所都不敢上，花灑也爛的，淋浴房地面全是黃色垢，燒水壺的垢也讓人大吃一斤，有些照片沒有拍，反正廁所還沒得外面公共衞生間乾淨。訂成400多，感覺也沒有很便宜吧，但是衞生真的讓人……大家避雷！絕對沒有一句假話
