"La cama era excepcionalmente cómoda uno de los más cómodos que he experimentado, garantizando un sueño tranquilo de la noche. El hotel mantiene un encanto del mundo antiguo, especialmente notable en el lobby principal y en la zona de arriba de la recepción. El personal era amable, atento y proactivo para asegurar que todos los aspectos de la estancia fueran suaves y agradables. Si planificas una visita, recomiendo reservar una habitación en el río."

"El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños, los niños y los niños que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. Los perros amigables lo hacen sentir aún más caliente! Las habitaciones eran limpias, asequibles, y cada uno tenía su propio encanto. Una familia tenía la habitación cuadrada ($90) que se sentía como una pequeña casa. Otra permaneció en una cabina privada rodeada de verdura ($70). La familia tomó el dormitorio 8-bed con un alas de baño privado perfecto para nuestro grupo grande. También puedes conseguir una cama de dormitorio único por sólo $15. Nos permiten usar el percolador para agua caliente en cualquier momento, que fue un toque tan pensable. La comida era increíble, no soy una persona de pescado, pero el curry de pescado fue inolvidable. Muchas gracias a Ivan y al personal sorprendente por ser tan útil, amable y flexible. Nos encantaba cada minuto y no podíamos esperar a volver."

"This place is a home away from home for my family and I. Been visiting since 2004 to date! The hotel Is clean, friendly staff, pocket friendly and the breakfast is the icing on the cake! especially the sausages!! The view of the nile is refreshing..but as a fanatic of yours, was there this Christmas, the general furniture needs to be upgraded from the eating area to the rooms..other than that Dr&family will always have Paradise at heart!! I think we need royalty points now 🤗"

"The owner of the hotel was very nice. But other than the behaviour of the owner nothing was right. The location of the hotel is not good at all. It is just beside the highway. So due to the sound of vehicles people can not sleep at night. I don’t recommend this hotel to stay."

"Shambles is quite possibly an understatement to describe the experience. There are significant issues that should be raised before this questionable hotel should be allowed to receive guests. So let’s review the issues that quantify this place being a shambles: 1- Rooms were not ready (we arrived at 1500hrs ish). 2- Rooms were unclean and appeared to have plenty of temp fixes to them: a. windows not fitting correctly in place leaving large gaps between the walls and window frame. b. towels at the bottom of wood rotted doors. c. bed sheets still dirty and stained d. towels stained and dirty brown e. bugs in the bed sheets 3- Snacks or food menu; food was ordered but the food we got was not that of what was advertised on the menu and lacked items from the menu on the plate such as the main ingredient (instead alternative was given with still no full compliment of what was on the actual menu. a. Would not reduce the cost of the item either. 4- trip was arranged to go on a boat trip from reception staff and the trip was to that of somewhere else that was requested by group lead. 5- kettle in the room ✅ cup ✅ teaspoon ✅ sugar ✅ tea or coffee ❌ milk ❌ 6- used flip flops in the bathroom for us to use, no thank you that is unclean yet again. 7- one poor sole in the group had a bed shower with a downpour from the ceiling and the mourning rain storm. This hotel needs a full lesson on all aspects of hospitality and the needs and requirements of guests and expectations of it were to survive."
