The hotel staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfy. They also provided welcome snacks which is a huge plus! I enjoyed my stay so much I extended for another 3 days. I highly recommend.

Llocation is perfect, just opposite the lake. It's very quiet, comfortable swimming pool area, a lot of greenery. The staff is friendly and helpful. And 4 local cats are so cute) We were really happy that chose this hotel to getaway.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación es muy buena, al lado de un gran centro comercial y no muy lejos de la Ciudad del Comercio Internacional. La habitación tiene una buena vista y un tamaño decente. Hay bebidas gratis en el minibar y se pueden reponer artículos de tocador y agua potable. a tiempo La actitud del servicio es muy buena, especialmente Es grande y se ha conectado antes del check-in. La piscina cubierta climatizada es muy popular entre los niños. El servicio de recogida y devolución proporcionado por el hotel fue muy considerado y me hizo sentir muy conveniente.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

El inodoro inteligente no es muy bueno usándolo, así que fue interesante estudiarlo por un tiempo. A mi amigo le gusta hacer ejercicio y está muy satisfecho con ello. A mí me gusta acostarme. Higiene: La higiene es muy buena, no peor que la de los hoteles de cinco estrellas en los que me alojé antes. La tía también es muy generosa. Cuando salí, me encontré con una tía con una camisa azul que quería traer. Botella de agua para beber en el carrito, pero ella se la entregó directamente. También nos preguntaron cómo había sido nuestra experiencia y parecía que estaban bien capacitados.
Ambiente: Leí en línea que había mucho ruido, así que cuando me registré, le pedí a la recepción que me dieran una habitación tranquila. La recepción nos dijo que las camas individuales que reservamos estaban cerca de la comunidad y no eran ruidosas. De hecho, muy silencioso. ¡Quizás el ruido no se pueda evitar estando cerca de la carretera! Escuché que el flujo de personas en Yiwu ha aumentado mucho este año. OOtoyaWe chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max, maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

Pero la ubicación del hotel es buena, justo al otro lado de la calle de Yiwu International Trade City. También hay muchos restaurantes de alto nivel en los alrededores. Hay un bar acuático en el primer piso del hotel que ofrece una variedad de tés y cafés hechos a mano. Cuando regresé por la tarde, recibí batatas asadas gratis del hotel, lo cual fue muy feliz.

Nos dieron frutas y recuerdos de bienvenida, y los artículos de tocador también son buenos. También hay un animado centro comercial al lado y el desayuno. Más tarde, el gerente Pan me dijo que reservar en Ctrip sería más favorable, por lo que el pedido que hice en Ctrip tuvo un gran descuento. Más tarde, Lee en la recepción me devolvió la habitación. Me convertí en miembro del hotel y recibí frutas y café de bienvenida gratis, lo cual fue bastante agradable. Probablemente continuaré quedándome aquí en el futuro. Me gustaría recomendarlo primero.
