Excellent stay , friendly staff and very clean hotel . I highly recommend. The location is also very central to all attractions in the city.

Good location near the night market, near the high speed railway station, hotel facilities are relatively ok, the price is reasonable.

The location is very near to Manting Park, it’s pretty convenient. You can also walk (if you like walking) to Night Market. But (!) i stayed in the hotel one week and the cleaning ladies didn’t change my bedding even one time!! I was using the same bedding the whole week. Even when I made it suddenly dirty no one changed it. Plus (!) when I took a shower on the first day I saw lot of black hair in the shower room. Cleaning ladies also are too noisy in the mornings. Please, I’d like to say to the hotel to check the rooms before to let people stay there and talk you your staff to be quite in the mornings, because not every one wake up such early. Thank you. Would I like to stay there again? Probably no

Obviously, our staff did not provide you with qualified service according to the hotel's requirements, which is our work failure, so I sincerely apologize on behalf of the hotel general manager!1. We provide daily cleaning in the room, and guests who stay for two nights will have their bed sheets changed on the third night. We will unconditionally change all bed sheets immediately if the guest requires .2. We have immediately informed all employees to keep the room area quiet during work, especially in the morning.3. For long stay guests, we ask employees to register the frequency of beds change to avoid making the same mistake again.4.We post the complaint number in the public area for foreign friends to contact us in time.Thank you for your criticism and advice, we will constantly improve our services！

The rooms were very clean, customer service was commendable and very helpful. They know a little English and give good recommendations on where to visit and eat. Highly recommend 👍

The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport. The employees especially Colin was very hospitable and attentive. The rooms are clean and they offer free breakfast.

為什麼差評 第一點：我前腳預訂的147，後一分鐘降價了成130多 第二點：我一直是反住客，住了不止兩三次朋友來也會介紹去入住 第三點：辦入住的時候主動説給我們安靜的房間，但是光線不好，可是第二天早上7點我們還沒起床，就一直聽到電台播放的聲音，很吵很吵，吵的我頭疼睡不着 第四點：浴室的門鎖是壞的，花灑也是生銹了很臟 反正這次我住的真的很不愉快，下次再也不去了，也不再介紹朋友去了～
