Pros: great locations, clean, right next to night market Cons : abit inconsistent with the housekeeping.

We stayed in Hyatt place, Jingdezhen for one night. The service was extraordinary, especially the reception manager Becky was very professional. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She upgraded our room to a family room, which made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was so good, with diversity of local dishes.

Enjoyed my stay...the room was spaciously comfy with a separate living lounge space. Minimalist design with good supply of amenities. I love their pure white plush bathrobes. Tho i reckon the room could have fitted withba small alarm clock, and a long standing by the corridor for vanity purpose. Breakfast spread was fantastic and excellent restaurant service.

A delightful stay at the Hyatt! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the porcelain shops and plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made exploring so enjoyable. The gym was excellent and very well equipped with full amenities, perfect for keeping up with a workout routine while traveling. I also really loved the wonderful afternoon tea — the goodies and food selection were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.😋  Overall, it offered fantastic value for money, and the entire experience felt warm, comfortable, and memorable. Highly recommended!

Room is spacious & clean. Within walking distance to the street selling porcelain stuff. Eateries are nearby too.

The Hyatt Place at Taoxichuan is great. I stayed here for four nights on a solo trip to explore Jingdezhen and I was very satisfied. The location was right across the street from the weekend evening market where I got some lovely ceramic pieces and enjoyed some nice local beer. Great lobby treats on sale too. I tried the ice cream and local beer. Highly recommend the JDZ stout and lager. Customer service was great and when I had a question about my laundry service (slight delay on the return of a jacket I needed to clean) they were prompt in following up and getting my clothes back. Flawless room, service, and location. Only things I would recommend as a possible change could be a smart toilet (not sure if it was due to my cheapest room choice or not) and maybe some limited edition items at the breakfast buffet to make things more exciting. Delicious food though, for multiple mornings that I tried it. Also, the commute/drive time to Sanbao Village could be updated because there is more traffic going into the village on that one lane drive now. I ended up walking into it and walking back to the hotel to get my steps. Highly recommend Hyatt Place Taoxichuan for a relaxing stay in Jingdezhen.

5 atars ambience with reasonable price.Hyatt hotel is linked to Hyatt place. When arrived the hotel, a customer service named Mia is very polite and attentive and patiently reply my queries.

This hotel is in a very beautiful location and there are a number of interesting places surrounding it that are walkable. The room itself was nice and I’d definitely stay again. The breakfast selection is great.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan was truly exceptional! This modern hotel perfectly combines contemporary design with the rich artistic heritage of Jingdezhen, known as the porcelain capital of China. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for our family. The modern amenities including smart TV, fast WiFi, and premium toiletries made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - right next to the famous Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, where we could explore numerous ceramic studios, galleries, and workshops. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for visiting the Jingdezhen Ceramic Fair and local porcelain factories. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread featuring both Chinese and Western options, with fresh local specialties like cold noodles and rice dishes. The coffee at the lobby bar was excellent - a perfect way to start our mornings before exploring the city. The fitness center was well-maintained and had all the equipment we needed. What made this stay special was the hotel's connection to Jingdezhen's ceramic culture - from the beautiful porcelain decorations in the lobby to the ceramic-themed artwork in our room. We visited the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum and the 798 Art District, both easily accessible from the hotel. The concierge arranged a private pottery-making experience which was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingdezhen for the ceramic art, cultural experiences, or simply to explore this fascinating historical city.
