Hyatt is always a sure value and location is great, just beside the porcelain market, easy to go there by foot. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for 3 nights. Service is good. Reasonably clean and tidy. Breakfast is standard, not too special but quality is ok.

We loved the location and rooms. But hotel lobby aircon is never on. Receptionist Zoe helped us a lot, like teaching us to book tickets to all the museums. Super hardworking, always working beyond her shift.

The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. We recommend you to experience the Hotel tour project and praise the hotel service!!!

As a solo female it was great. Unfortunately front staff do not speak English which made it hard slot figure out where I wanted to go and recommendations

Everything was good and smooth, until one detail, stuff on reception doesn’t speak English.

入住嘉軒的體驗超預期！酒店設計巧妙融合了景德鎮的瓷韻，大堂的瓷器元素一眼就驚艷。房間整潔温馨，床品舒服，一夜好眠。服務員Becky態度親切，有問必答。位置也方便，去陶溪川和御窯廠都不遠。下次來景德鎮，還會選擇這裏！

距離陶溪川/陶陽新村/陶瓷廠都還蠻近的，樓下路邊會刷新出共享電單車，差不多十分鐘的路程就可以到陶陽新村或陶瓷廠。酒店紅磚風格的建築晚上拍夜景也好看～但是早餐的單品有點少，可以適當再增加一些地區化的小吃就更好了！

設施：酒店設施挺好的，都不錯，但是好像房間有點不隔音 衞生：衞生乾淨 環境：環境挺服務凱悦的風格的 服務：住了那麼多酒店，感覺還是凱悦的服務好一點，重點表揚下前台的Leo，親和力滿分，也很耐心，兩天住宿都是他接待的，非常的不錯
