Excelente servicio. Todo el personal maravilloso. La habitación está impecable, las vistas cerrados son maravillosas, sobre todo las nocturnas. Todos los alrededores y del hotel. Y son extremadamente bellos, vale la pena cada momento de caminata, el personal se esmera por hacer, tú estadia 💯 por ciento recomendable.

Fui allí durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón. Para empezar, la habitación era muy pequeña. Mi familia dijo que era como un hotel exprés normal. Además, había gente fuera del cristal, y había un montón de ruido por la noche y por la mañana. El hotel estaba apartado, y tardaba mucho en contactar con la comida para llevar cada vez que la pedía.

El hotel que elegí al pasar por allí tiene una buena ubicación, pero las instalaciones son demasiado antiguas, lo que genera una sensación de incomodidad. Sin embargo, el servicio de recepción fue bueno. Cuando llegó el autobús lanzadera, corrieron rápidamente a ayudar con el equipaje, algo que no está disponible en muchos hoteles. En general, recomiendo que renueven el hotel.

You won’t be disappointed staying here. I’m a female solo traveler who doesn’t speak Chinese, and I booked this hotel in a rush right after arriving at Jinan’s train station on a rainy day, feeling quite confused about what to do; the staff contacted me immediately and helped me all the way to the hotel, carrying my bags, opening an umbrella, and guiding me to a beautiful room. They even allowed early check-in, provided an umbrella for walking around town, and gave me a free breakfast voucher—sobtouch. Cookies at checkout were a thoughtful touch, and the serene lake view provided a perfect quick recharge between days of sightseeing—great for a short stay within my 14-day longer itinerary in China. The hotel isn’t in the city centre, but you can get around easily by Didi (about 7–10 minutes to major spots). At night it’s perfect for a peaceful sleep.

Very cozy hotel in the DaMingHu area. The service was great. However the tatami room is the celling room (might not suitable for tall people) which can be accessed by stairs and not elevator. Walkable distance from the lake’s gate but if you have luggage you can call the hotel and ask them to pick up from the parking lot.

The Hotel was absolutely amazing and located right in a stunning location at Daming Lake, very easy and convenient to travel around Jinan. The hotel staff were super friendly and nice, the service was 10/10

The location was excellent, the environment was beautifully surrounded by channels, willows,and birds.  front desk in charge 小李was really helpful, she contacted me to arrange the free pickup before the check in, and weixin us the place to eat and visit when we needed the details.  Thanks a lot, 小李。

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

Need to arrange for hotel pick up from the parking as it was not accessible by car/taxi. It was actually within walking distance but since we had luggage and did not know where to head. The hotel Itself was in the Daming Lake area making it very convenient to enjoy the park and Chaoran Pavilion. Breakfast was very basic and was a 5 min shuttle bus away. Staff friendly and beautiful room.

Staff here are friendly and very helpful. They provide a map for moving around and brief you so you know where to go first. This little hotel looks deceptively drab outside but it is clean and has the required amenities on the inside. The toilet and shower are clean and well laid out, with a good supply of toiletries. The location is excellent - right at the Daming lake area and easy to get anywhere in the tourist route. They send a shuttle to pick you up from the main carpark area to the hotel as main traffic are not allowed in the park area. It is away from the main traffic area where the larger hotels are so you get to enjoy the peaceful surroundings yet are near all the important sights. Breakfast is simple and filling.

This hotel was amazing! The staff especially were wonderful! We had a language barrier (staff spoke no English), but were more than happy to communicate using translator apps. They were so so so nice!!!! Especially cause one of us had a birthday whilst there. The location was fantastic- on one of the islands on Daming Lake Scenic Area, and the hotel’s complementary motorised transport from the nearest public road to the hotel wasn’t all that necessary as it was only a 5 min walk from hotel to public road. Though it was welcome! The first photo was taken from our room. The view was amazing! Chaoran Tower was about a 200m walk from the hotel. Everything else in the photos was within 700m of our hotel. This was my first visit to Jinan and I loved it. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The room and location was beautiful and very relaxing. The front of desk staff went out of their way to help us when we had a small issue. We would definitely recommend!
