One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff is particularly nice and helpful. It was very cold and rainy on the day when we left . Since we needed to take a taxi to the train station, the lady at the concierge went outside of the hotel to get a taxi for us ( quite a few taxis around that time), and then took our suitcases from the storage directly to the taxi. We are most grateful for their hospitality. The hotel itself is genuinely 5 stars in all respects. Breakfast is sumptuous and of high quality. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant there. The food was very good and the hostesses were wonderful .. Absolutely marvellous. Highly recommended.

La habitación de una habitación y una habitación se siente muy cómoda y el 28o piso está mirando el paisaje exterior. La televisión en la habitación es de pequeño arroz. Porque traer a los niños necesita otro cama de cama, y la tía también llegó muy pronto. Hay un lavabo de rosas en la baño, lo que es lo que debemos elogiar. El malo es que el flujo de agua del baño es demasiado pequeño, mi padre dijo que el edificio era un apartamento, y la presión del agua no fue suficiente.

Location is just opposite main rail and bus station. 5 to 10min walk. very convenient. However carpet looks not clean. and housekeeping just replace items. no make bed nor vacuum. Bed mattresss and pillows super hard. must be very2 old. due for change please. Hard like a block of wood. Bathroom is small. shower is in between wc and washbasin. each time you shower whole floor all wet. dangerous if slip. Breakfast almost all local cuisine. others is just plain bread and hard boiled eggs. Some staff are friendly some are imppossible

We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately! Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local. Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China. Will definitely come back again!

La habitación está limpia, ordenada y cómoda, y los camareros son cálidos y considerados. El desayuno del hotel es muy rico e incluye pasteles chinos y occidentales, además de peras congeladas. Me gusta especialmente la fruta que contiene. antes de partir, ¡lo cual es genial!

設施：設施齊全 床品也是貼心配了兩種枕頭 環境：距離景區走路不到十分鐘的路程，有免費的停車場就在門口很方便。還有咖啡廳和圖書館很贊 服務：服務很到位，辦理入住時加了微信問了一下附近的吃的，小姐姐超耐心的解答。晚上回來本來想去看日出但是怕找不到 酒店的工作人員温大哥貼心介紹入口、停車場等等 還特意在晚上開擺渡車帶我們去走了一遍到山下的路 怕我們沒有手電筒還把自己的手電筒放到了前台 告訴我們用就去拿 太貼心啦！ 價格很優惠 感覺冬天來的時候會更好玩！

Aprovechando las vacaciones de invierno de los niños, nos embarcamos en nuestro primer viaje de esquí al Noreste. A través de Ctrip.com, descubrimos que este hotel recién inaugurado está ubicado justo al lado de la pista de esquí número 3, lo cual es muy conveniente. Tan pronto como ingresamos al lobby, el personal del hotel nos brindó la calidez única del noreste de China. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era espaciosa y luminosa, y la cama de Dream Lily era extremadamente cómoda, lo que nos permitió dormir bien después de un día de esquí. Salimos a cenar por la noche y empezó a nevar ligeramente cuando regresamos. Después de enterarse, el personal del hotel tomó la iniciativa de venir a recogernos, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cálidos. El hotel también nos ofreció un rico desayuno bufé al día siguiente, lo que nos dio energía suficiente para continuar nuestra aventura de esquí. Gracias a todos los miembros del personal del hotel. ¡Volveremos las próximas vacaciones de invierno!

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

我住的904位置非常好，可以鳥瞰雪場。 採光也非常好，冬天太陽可以照進屋內，搞杯咖啡☕️曬曬太陽🌞，不要太享受哦！硬件設施齊全，熱水器，加濕器，洗衣機，微波爐，哎嘛好像回家了一樣。滑完雪⛷立馬沖個涼把衣服用洗衣機洗一下，第二天早上穩穩地幹透，棒👍。 入住期間有個小插曲兒，廳裏的投影儀畫面模糊，字還反了。在房東的一步步指導下順利調試好了，溝通絲滑無障礙。😁😁

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!
