«Durante nuestro viaje por carretera, nos alojamos en el Hotel NUO, y el servicio en general fue una grata sorpresa. Al principio pensé que sería un hotel más antiguo y consolidado, pero estaba increíblemente limpio, lo cual es realmente destacable. El hotel también cuenta con aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito, perfecto para quienes conducen. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, especialmente la planta del restaurante, impecable y sin residuos pegajosos, y la vajilla impecablemente limpia y ordenada. La cuarta planta del hotel conecta con el centro comercial, lo que facilita mucho comer y comprar. El servicio también fue excelente, ni excesivamente atento ni descuidado, perfecto. Además, el precio de la habitación era muy razonable. Fue una experiencia realmente maravillosa. ¡Espero que sigan manteniendo este nivel de servicio!»

«Un lugar maravilloso. Este hotel es una joya. La casa, muy bien cuidada, está impecablemente limpia, luminosa y decorada con gusto, y se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo. Se puede llegar fácilmente al centro en taxi. Nos dieron una habitación superior, muy espaciosa, con una cama muy cómoda, toallas suaves y un baño de pies con hierbas frescas cada día, además de un delicioso té de frutas local. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Sobre todo, el personal fue muy amable y atento. La gerente nos recogió en la estación de tren a nuestra llegada y nos consiguió un taxista excelente para nuestras excursiones a un precio muy razonable. Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel.»
