The Xana Deluxe Hotel was a pleasant surprise during our business trip to Qingdao! It was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It is even bigger in person than in the pictures. The amenities included were also appreciated like the steam eye mask and face mask which I used upon arriving at the room. The shower also plays music when you use it (you can turn it off if you please) and you can even use bluetooth to play your own songs if you prefer!

It was a clean room, however a little far from the city but very near airport. Also the reception staff was very helpful.

Near from airport ideal for transit passengers clean and comfortable nearby have some Restaurants and SPA

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel offers convenient airport pickup service. I’ve found the driver helpful and reliable, and that’s why I have stayed at the hotel every time I travel to Qingdao. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

You were so, so kind, that was the best part. If you arrive at the airport late at night and need a nearby accommodation, try booking it. ^^

I had great time here, very neat, friendly staff plus the proximity to the airport is great.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They handled issues of language difficulty with grace and good humor. We can speak very highly of them. The families are great and the location is excellent with many restaurants close by.

Room is spacious and clean. Located around 10mins from airport. It provides airport transfer and shuttle services to nearby Metro Station. Driver service is good. Appreciate that. There are variety of food to choose around, such as local food, Kentucky and Luckin Coffee. And also a big tidbits shop at the diagonal opposite of the hotel.

All good...except the smoking smell coming out during the night. We had requested a non-smoking room.

The 2 bed hotel room is quite big for a two couple and 2 kids family. It is very clean and has grate facilities. It has washing machine and dryer for free. Most importantly, we love the service they provided. The staffs are very friendly. The help us took luggage to the room when check-in and to the taxi when we leave the hotel. We order the took away food and the Robert sent the food to us that our kids love the robert very much. We also left some of our stuff in reception for the carieer to pick it up. That is so convenient! The breadfast also very variety with traditional Chinese good. The reception gave us free meal to our two kids although our booking only includes 2 breadsfast for th adult. I would recommend all travellers this hotel who needs stays close to the airport!

Hotel was nice and clean. Airport shuttle to and from the airport was provided by the hotel 👍 Breakfast was also delicious. Will stay here again. Only bad thing was some guests smoked in the hotel premises.

The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They prepared tea and a late-night snack for us, and even surprised the children with little gifts the next morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay truly enjoyable.
