Service was really nice. They helped us lug our luggage from afar. Room was little cold, the heater didn’t help as much. Price was a little high considering the quality of the room.

This is a locally run hotel. Location is good, right ij the old town . The room has everything you need, the breakfast is amazing! There staffs are very helpful, polite and attentive. You are in good hands if you decided to stay in this hotel.
We will definitely come back to stay with them again.

We like the design and architecture of the accommodation, as it gave us the feeling of staying in an ancient city. Breakfast was served piping hot. Location wise, it was some distance away from the parking lot. Hotel staff would help carry our luggage from our car to the hotel, and vice versa.

Excellent service from an all-star female team of lodging managers. Always friendly and helpful, and very very strong (as they helped to carry our luggage’s). Very good location within the old town, beautiful restored courtyard property and very yummy breakfast prepared with lots of love.

If you would like to stay within the Shaxi old town, this is the place for you. Very quiet location but just a few steps away from the main town.
The property’s staff service their guest with their heart. They willing to pick up and deliver our 7 luggage’s from the car park to the property which is quite a distance away.
Very clean property which provides full amenities.
