"Everything was perfect at hour stay, especially thanks to the wonderful hosts Sara and Walter. They really care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious (sweet and salty, i.e., food for every taste), and the dinner prepared by Sara (supported by Walter) was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for a stay of 7 days, just before Easter. It is a quiet location, with a beautiful view, and perferctly situated to explore the Marche. For a holiday befor Easte, we could not ask for more."

"It's a homestay. To be honest, I was a little scared at first. I thought the room was upstairs, but it turned out to be a very dark alley on the first floor. A bit scary, a separate room. A bit like the basement feeling, the service is really good, the room decoration is also good and very retro, breakfast can not be compared with the hotel, the order can be ordered, and some small snacks coffee drinks are very simple, the advantages are very quiet and comfortable."

"Excelente hotel, personal amable, he traído mi perro y, además de la sala de desayuno y el spa, el acceso está permitido en todos los espacios incluido la piscina. La desayuno es variada y abundante, tal vez un poco de desorganización para el servicio de bebidas calientes (pero el caso quería que la máquina que entregaba té y café fuera temporalmente defectuosa)."

"Beautiful, Stunning Guest House!! Set in the hills south of Jesi, this is an absolute jewel which cannot be praised enough. Rooms are wonderful with every attention to detail. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Private access with their own terraces to enjoy any alfresco requirements. Sarah and Walter are the best hosts you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner are to a high standard with fresh breakfast options cooked on demand. If you want traditional Italian or a “full English” this is provided. The swimming pool area is amazing as you can look at the panoramic views right across to the mountains. This is a place to be revisited again as you will fall in love with the accommodation and the hosts without fail. We are looking to return again sometime. Give it a go…..you won’t be disappointed"

"The hotel itself wasn’t that bad for the price we paid. We stayed there for night in May 2024. First we changed rooms because there was a mix up at the reception (it was a school trip). Otherwise the rooms were ok, considering the price. They looked clean enough. But they had an awful smell, reminding me of something old and dirty. I think the rooms need a bit of cleaning and some air refreshers. The bathroom didn’t seem dirty but I wouldn’t walk there barefoot. The breakfast was good, there was quite a choice between sweet and salty breakfast food. The great thing about the hotel is that it’s very close to the center of the city, even though the city doesn’t have much to offer. The staff was very nice but at times I felt scared because most of the hotel residents were older man that probably work nearby and they gave us weird looks at times."
