Cuando un cuarto está deshabitado por la edad, entonces es normal. No es normal cuando está contaminado, no tiene que ser. Una mancha de fuego en el tapiz, deshacerse de los mangos en la tienda, no hay agua caliente para eso un refrigerador que está caliente. El supuesto calefactor de agua caliente, que contamina muy las azulejos en el baño. La tienda y la parte superior del armario de la ropa tenía que limpiar una vez. Sólo silencio de la ventana, el banco de ventanas y el tapón - sólo no toque!!! Hay una piscina en la recepción, la cama estaba bien, el desayuno no es internacional, pero también está bien (si no se espera nada) Hay una piscina que las personas que estaban allí estaban completamente vestidas. No sé cómo reaccionar si como invitado sólo llevas un traje de baño. No hay alcohol, claro. Pero ni siquiera dan copos para que puedas tomar otro trago en la calle. Tampoco hay una taza de limpieza de dientes que se hubiera podido tomar.

El hotel está situado en el corazón del parque nacional, el centro de parque también está situado en el resort, todos los paseos de la naturaleza son literalmente una piedra tirar. Si se queda en otro lugar, tienes que cruzar el río. ¡El desayuno y la cena fueron increíbles! La selva camina, el barco de Berkoh tarde y el barco de noche son absolutamente necesarios! Si estás en una fiesta de 4 será el mejor que tengas que encontrar a otros para compartir o pagar por el barco entero. El barco de río a la aldea es sólo Rm1 cada vez. 1min de viaje y una estimable fácil, no tuvimos que esperar en absoluto. En mi opinión, este es el lugar de ganancia para quedarse.

La habitación (209) era espaciosa, así como el baño. Recomendado para la familia como traje a la cama inflable y Narita para los niños. Ellos deberían cambiar la vieja madrastra. La dama del escritorio delantero era amable.

Un gran complejo situado en un gran entorno de plantaciones y selvas. Un gran piscina profunda y espaciosas habitaciones. Sólo se puede adaptar más a los limpiadores y entornos.

If you visit Taman Negara, there are not that many options where it comes to hotels. So try something a bit different for a change and stay at the Balai Serama guesthouse. We did, and we had the utmost pleasant surprise. First off, you won’t find it. That is why the owners pick you up as soon as you arrive in the village of Kuala Tahan. Be that by boat or by bus. For free, that is. Just call them, or ask a local. Where do you find it these days… The guesthouse consists of a sort of main building where the dining room is. The rooms are situated in a building next to that. In the middle you’ll find a beautiful garden. Ijat, the male owner, takes pride in maintaining it and that shows. In front of the premises, there is the river and jungle. Sometimes elephants pass by. You’ll hear lots of birds singing and the occasional monkey. You will also meet Marja, Ijat’s wife. She is from Holland and she will help you with everything you might possibly need. Be it a car transfer to the jetty, or to go out on an excursion. No trouble at all. The rooms are clean, with a separate bathroom, and a good working airconditioning. It is not that spacious, but large enough for a few days. Out front, there is a terrace with chairs and a small table. The beds sleep well enough for most people. Should you want to enjoy a drink, you can just approach Ijat or Marja. They have a selection of soda’s and beer (no wine) which is then charged to your room and you just pay when you leave. If you want, you can book some excursions through the guesthouse. Especially the whole day jungle tour is highly recommended. It is hard to get an experience like it anytime soon. The whole place has a really laid back atmosphere. No rush. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room which is entirely open on all sides. The meals are simple, but tasty and you’ll find that is is good and enough to get to to the next day. I wrote this in English as there are quite a few reviews in Dutch already. Apart from the Dutch guests, you will also find other nationalities so this will make it easier for you to read. I can recommend this place highly. We certainly had a great time and after the crowds and noise of Kuala Lumpur, it turned out to be a gem of tranquility. Basic, prima voor 1 of 2 nachten. Bed was schoon, kamer voldoende groot. Airco werkt goed en het is erg rustig. Ontbijt simpel maar prima. Er is geen bar, maar wel een klein winkeltje met water, frisdrank, biertjes, ijsjes, koekjes etc. Dit is van 10am - 10pm open. Onderhoud is achterstallig. Het hotel is 3 jaar geleden verhuisd, wat niet betekent dat alles nieuw is. Aan de kamers is met wat kleine inspanningen veel te verbeteren. Zoals het vastzetten van de wastafel, handdoekenrekjes etc. In de badkamer lekte de kranen waardoor de vloer continu nat is. Op zich weinig last van als je slippers aantrekt, maar erg prettig is het niet. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 600m van de boot naar het hq. Prima te lopen, maar het hotel biedt ook een pickup die regelmatig op en neer gaat. In de hitte is dit erg comfortabel. Er is een heel klein zwembad. Eigenlijk is het geen zwembad te noemen maar meer een dipping-pool. Dit gaf wel blauw af. Mijn zoon heeft nog een paar dagen met blauwe vlekken rondgelopen (de zwembaden op de foto’s zijn van het oude hotel!)
