Room was clean and spacious, living room was small and not enough lights. Breakfast was not too varied and no buffet, they will bring to your room. We told reception to bring the breakfast when we are not here so they can enter in the room, the first day they entered in the room and we enjoyed the breakfast the second day they said they are not allowed to enter the room and we didn't get anything. Hotel didn't want to give us something to eat even though it was there mistake. Receptionist need more professionalism and need to speak in English. Hotel has a very good upper parking it was great specially during flood time.

The receptionist was making strange jokes which was unprofessional. We were told to call from room if we needed anything. Telephone was not working when we tried to call reception and inform that there were no towels in the room. I had to go down to reception from the 5th floor to ask for towels. The breakfast was of low quality. Better not to eat the breakfast. Room needs refurbishment. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel ever.
