The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

Si es alérgico al humo o no fumador no viene cerca de este hotel. De hecho, las habitaciones huelen muy mal, ya que parece que el sistema de salud puede ser defectuoso. Esto puede ser por lo que siguen pulverizando fresheres que lo hace aún peor para las personas alérgicas. Y cuando pedí cambiar la habitación Abdulrahman dijo que no tenía habitaciones vacantes aunque otro invitado vino más tarde y se le dio la elección de habitaciones

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

Everything was good, staff very competetive and polite, room very spacious and clean ( except windows cause of desert rain) breakfast ok....The only negative thing is the location as the hotel is on a busy crossing main roads and the GPS had a hard time to guide me to the hotel, otherwise and generally speaking I give it 4 stars...

Instalaciones del hotel: mira la foto por sí misma, se hizo en ese día. Las camas y las pantallas de pantalla están cómodas. Hay una sola caja de remolacha disponible. Decoración del hotel: mira el cuadro. La habitación: es una separación seca. Desayuno: mira el cuadro es una comida árabe en la habitación. Personal del servicio del hotel: el individuo se siente muy consciente del servicio y es hostil durante la estancia. La imagen del hotel coincide con la imagen de la habitación en la que está realmente estancia.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy cerca del aeropuerto internacional. Excelente servicio y comida. Una habitación limpia; la habitación en la que me quedé era inmaculada. El personal es amable y amable. Y el proceso de entrada y salida fue fácil.
