If you stay overnight only, the room is usually dirty n towel is not very clean. But if you stay 2 nights or longer, they usually give good clean room. Most staffs are warm n friendly. Some (esp the women staffs) arent not even close to friendly. Checking in could be long n tiring sometimes.

Muy muy desilusionante!!! Me quedé en 610. Y al salir del ascensor, podíamos oler a la camisa en el aire.. Y luego, experimentamos un servicio muy malo, con información engañosa dado por el receptor, el cuidador de casa y la lavandería. Nos gustaría tener un servicio de presión, dijeron que no está disponible y necesitamos ir con lavandería completa o un servicio limpio seco y estamos bien con eso (aunque, los servicios de presión están disponibles en forma!). Ella confirmó que el lavado puede hacerse en horas y podemos tener la ropa esta noche. La casa de la casa dijo que necesitamos dejar las ropas antes de las 12:00 para que lo hagan esta noche. Sin embargo, algo raro que se dijo claramente en el formulario de lavandería que hay 2 servicios de lavandería, es decir, lavandería recibida de 8-10 y devuelta en 17.00 el mismo día; y servicios de lavandería aplicables de 8-16.00 devuelto/enviado el mismo día en 4hs Con un coste adicional del 100% del precio normal - que estamos bien con tal cláusula. Cuando discutí con la declaración en forma, dijeron que acabaron de cambiar el vendedor, y esta actual tiene una “hora de funcionamiento”. ¡Por qué necesito saber esa respuesta?! ¿Y por qué necesitas arrojar a tu equipo bajo el autobús? ¡Qué actitud! Its the 4th times I stay in Swissbell Jambi during my business trip. Nothing words can describes the authentic breakfast menu, what i love are the traditional foods. What a tremendeus experience to taste foods from local or even from another areas which have a uniqe food. The room also big compare to the next hotel. Thus i kept to choose this hotel during my trip to Jambi. Not limited to business trip only, but also for pleasure. I kept choose swissbell network across Indonesia.

DdutynathEste es el hotel más grande en Jambi. El hotel de cuatro estrellas y el lujo. Las habitaciones son nuevas, buenas. Tiene un sofá, escritorio de trabajo, aminoraciones como el hotel de 4 estrellas. La ubicación es buena, cerca del supermercado, cafetería, bar, comida y cerca del aeropuerto. Pero el menos de este hotel, los servicios no son como el hotel 4 estrellas. Cuando me quedé aquí, cuando dormí, el restaurante me llama sobre la orden de los alimentos. Pero no lo hice. Y el tiempo de salida es 12 a. Pero el personal me llama a las 10 a. para pedirme que me lleve a la orden o no. Creo que es demasiado pronto para preguntar mi habitación antes de tiempo. Y el recepción, apartamento. No como este es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Así que para mí, este 4 estrellas pero el servicio menos de 4 estrellas. Espero que mejor la próxima vez.
