El hotel está situado a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a través del parque Kalijodo. Muy buena hospitalidad por parte de la gerencia del Ciputra Hotel, inicialmente no pudimos cumplir con la solicitud inicial, es decir, conexión y gemelo debido a la temporada alta de Eid al-Fitr, pero la gerencia de Ciputra nos elogió, lo cual fue una solución beneficiosa para todos y realmente apreciamos y quedaron satisfechos con el servicio prestado.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero me decepcionó tener dos camas individuales a pesar de que había solicitado desde el principio pedir una cama grande, y me decepcionó un poco cuando llegué a la puerta principal de la habitación y resultó que la llave Me dieron no era la llave de mi habitación, así que tuve que bajar nuevamente para conseguir la llave correcta.
La bañera no tiene tapa por lo que primero hay que preguntarle a la recepcionista.

Lo suficientemente bueno para un viaje en solitario. Creo que es posible que los principiantes no conozcan el lugar. ¿4 carriles a cada lado? my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

La habitación en la que me alojé tenía problemas de aire acondicionado y los técnicos no pudieron resolverlo. Me ofrecieron trasladarme a otra habitación en el mismo piso; era una oferta justa.

JJOY_LJLlegué tarde y no pedí una habitación para no fumadores😒
1. Es posible que las sábanas de la habitación estuvieran secas, un poco húmedas y no tan suaves. Había un olor desagradable en la almohada el primer día y el olor en el sofá tampoco mejoró. Los próximos dos días, no sé si ese es el caso. Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que lo olí… La decoración general de la habitación es vieja y las cortinas están abiertas para ver la vista de la ciudad.
2. El desayuno es bastante bueno, tal vez porque hay muchos chinos viviendo allí, por lo que el desayuno👍 y la piscina por la noche también se ven muy bien👍
3. Debido a que hay infraestructura en los alrededores, el transporte no es muy conveniente y los taxis son propensos a sufrir atascos.
4. La mayor ventaja es que está cerca de Chinatown. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos deliciosos cerca y también es conveniente cambiar dinero.

Hotel relativamente nuevo. El servicio de habitaciones aún no está disponible, el restaurante solo sirve para el desayuno, ni siquiera puedes pedir un espresso. Todas las demás instalaciones funcionan bien, incluida la encuesta, la sauna y el gimnasio.
La limpieza debe mejorarse. La limpieza del piso debe ser un procedimiento estándar al hacer la habitación.
En general, fue una estancia agradable.

UUsuario invitadoLa recepción nos saludó con sonrisa, el proceso de reserva sólo necesita varios minutos, hay un cómodo lobby para esperar y una piscina muy amplia. La habitación de la habitación es la más grande para tomar fotos de maternidad y hay baño con vistas a la ciudad de la noche. El desayuno es bueno y en su mayoría indonesio comida tradicional, usted debe probar su porridge. Kit dental usando gran calidad con pasta dental marcada. Proceso de checkout muy rápido y después vamos a pasar bar con 3 minutos a pie. Gracias a la recepción y al restaurante por sus servicios amigables.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. The contemporary design elements and soothing color palette added a touch of sophistication to the space.
The hotel's dining options left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my stay. The rooftop swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, accompanied by breathtaking views of Jakarta's skyline.
One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture.
If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at Aston Priority Simatupang was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it an excellent choice for my visit to Jakarta. Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze.
Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality
