The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. I have stayed here for few times and i feel satisfy with the room, strategic place to go anywhere.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, a la que se le ofrecen vistas impresionantes de la ciudad. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de platos deliciosos que escoger.

Lo suficientemente bueno para un viaje en solitario. Creo que es posible que los principiantes no conozcan el lugar. ¿4 carriles a cada lado? La recepción está en el octavo piso del centro comercial, pero está ubicada dentro del estacionamiento del centro comercial y tiene una entrada que está más allá de mi imaginación. Creo que a cualquiera le tomaría 30 minutos llegar allí. El personal del hotel es increíble 👍

Muy buena hospitalidad por parte de la gerencia del Ciputra Hotel, inicialmente no pudimos cumplir con la solicitud inicial, es decir, conexión y gemelo debido a la temporada alta de Eid al-Fitr, pero la gerencia de Ciputra nos elogió, lo cual fue una solución beneficiosa para todos y realmente apreciamos y quedaron satisfechos con el servicio prestado. Siempre frecuentamos este hotel, las instalaciones proporcionadas son muy impresionantes, desde una ubicación estratégica en Yakarta, una posición adyacente a un centro comercial que es muy popular entre los niños, una gran piscina, segura para los niños y fresca por la tarde, y sobre todo precios asequibles.

El hotel está situado a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a través del parque Kalijodo. La mayoría de los tiempos en el hotel son muchos y están bloqueados, así que si vienes de otra región de Jakarta, debes gestionar tu tiempo. Si necesitas comer comida de la mezquita, la comida que se ofrece aquí es un gran problema, porque muchos restaurantes cercanos al hotel no son restaurantes de la mezquita. El tamaño de la habitación es bueno, el hotel ofrece refrigeradores y caja fuerte. No me gustan las ventanas del hotel porque son muy sucias y parecen que no se han limpiado durante años. El distribuidor de sabón en el dormitorio está vacío. El desayuno es común y no es especial. Es fácil encontrar un taxi en la parte delantera del hotel. El minimercado está cerca del hotel, y termina la operación a las diez de la noche.
