Un buen hotel presta atención a detalles como la oferta de baños complimentarios, la oferta de una variedad de opciones de cocina, la prestación de servicios de mantenimiento inmediato y el mantenimiento de un entorno bien acogido. Recuerde que las preferencias individuales pueden variar, y lo que hace un hotel ”bueno” para una persona puede no ser lo mismo para otra.

Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, ya que el centro comercial Kota Casablanca está a solo 3 minutos a pie. La decoración y el diseño del hotel eran impresionantes. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. El personal fue cortés y amable. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. El desayuno era enorme y la comida era deliciosa. La habitación en la que me alojé tenía problemas de aire acondicionado y los técnicos no pudieron resolverlo. Me ofrecieron trasladarme a otra habitación en el mismo piso; era una oferta justa. Si vuelvo a Yakarta, ¡espero volver a alojarme aquí!

We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

La ubicación central del hotel lo hizo conveniente para explorar la ciudad, y la calidez y el profesionalismo del personal mejoraron la experiencia general. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel para una estancia agradable en Yakarta.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

Met some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the basement which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.

No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, la mayoría es un hotel de 3 estrellas, la ubicación es buena, hay muchos restaurantes chinos alrededor del hotel. Las instalaciones del hotel son viejas y sucias.

El hotel está situado en el barrio chino, cerca de Kota Tua. Al principio es un poco confuso ya que se encuentra en un edificio dónde hay talleres y tiendas de todo tipo. El hotel está en el octavo piso y tiene dos plantas. Buen servicio y muy amables. La única pega es que hay algunas cucarachas.

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Hice una cita para la recogida por correo electrónico con antelación. Debido a retrasos en el despacho de aduana y en la recogida del equipaje, el encargado de la recogida tuvo que esperar más de una hora. Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante satisfactorias, probablemente del nivel nacional de 3 a 4 estrellas. La habitación está en el segundo piso, pero no hay ascensor y el camarero no tomó la iniciativa de ayudar a cargar la maleta.
