I don’t now why such a good hotel with prestige ratings has bad services. The customer service girl was annoying me. The electricity shut down when I was using hairdryer. I called the room service but they take a long time to fix it. The WiFi has bad connection. The blanket seems like didn’t change, It has disgusting brown stains.

I got cheapest price from Trip. I got Executive room at Trip while i only got deluxe at other hotel book apps. I had bad experience at midnight, electricity shortage only in my room, i called receptionist and then they, the electricians, came asap to resolve the issue. Good job. The view is amazing, the room is spacious, the clenliness is excellent. The best birthday staycation ever in my life. Will be back ofc.

Everything is good except the fact that we have to wait 2 hours to get our room in the hot lobby. Also, hotel guests didn't get the access card for lift meanwhile there's no one stand by to help us take the lift. We have to call someone just to take the lift. It's so uncomfortable bcs if we're going to the pool, we hve to get down to the lobby again only to ask someone to tap the access card for us.

Best place to stay
- Good location. Near Mall ie. Mangga Dua Mall/Square/ITC
- local food can be found outside the Hotel along the way.
- Easy to get public transport.
- Very helpfull hotel staff
- Room is big ( us choose Twin Deluxe), bed is awesome.
- Daily housekeeping
- Lift are good. No need wait too long.
- Pool is big
- Bfast also good. A lot choices of menu. Especially the fresh orange.
- Good view from L32
-A/c need to service . Not too cold.
- Improve the quality of cleanliness, especially under the bed and toilet
- Sure will come again… Thanks Best Western Mangga Dua give us the best memory.

The hotel is ok , but I don’t like the behaviour of the receptionist at the time of check in morning . There are some other good behaving receptionist there but there’s one guy who’s not good at handling the guest .

THE FIRST ROOM I HAD IS( 3223 ) THEY GIVE ME THE KEY NOT WORKING,, I COME DOWN TO CHANGE IT ,, WHEN I INTER THE ROOM THE AIRCONDITION NOT WORKING ,, I ADVISE THE FRONT DESK ,, IT TAKE THEM ONE HOUR TO CHANGE MY ROOM TO OTHER ONE WHICH IS (33 02 ) THIS IS NOT GOOD WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL AFTER ( 10 ) HOUR FLYING,THEN I CK THE REVREGEATOR NOT WORKING,, SO I ADVISE THE HOUSE KEEPING ,, AND THEY CHANGE IT ,, THE HOTEL HAS ALOT OF MISQTO AT THE RESTURANT AND THE LOOPY ,,
